We stayed in an Oceanview room in the reserve area. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. I sleep hot and requested a fan for our room and it was delivered promptly. The food exceeded our expectations as most all inclusive resorts do not have good food. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and were not disappointed with any of our meals. My husband started new medication a few days before our trip and had a reaction. There was a doctor on site with EMTs who checked him out promptly and thoroughly. The waiter Armin at the reserve pool bar and our personal concierge Christina made our trip very special. Their level of service was over the top and made our trip our best to Cabo ever.

Amazing staff
October 2024 Stunning hotel and amazing staff. Patricia and her team at the front desk were fantastic and did everything they could to make our trip special. They took their time to help us understand when we needed to know in check in and out. Amazing people even if we’re high maintenance. Thank you. Carlos from the beach took amazing care of us and made our trip feel very special. The weather was perfect and the service was even more perfect. If there’s one thing to take away from this review is that the service at this hotel is incredible and the folks who work here seem to really enjoy providing it. We had a great time. Thank you Carlos!

Great time at Tokimeku!
We had a wonderful time at Tokimeku. Jhoan was fantastic and we would highly recommend visiting! Made us feel right at home!! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere couldn’t be beat. We’ll be back again before we leave. Fast as well, food came out faster than we could eat it!

Love this place!
The resort was wonderful Andres and Daniel at pool were extra amazing, and always made sure we towels and anything else we needed. Susanna is at breakfast always greeted us with a smile. All the people were incredible and food was for an all inclusive was 10/10

Amazing pool experience!!!
This place was wonderful. The pool was great especially Andres and Daniel. They never let a need go unfulfilled. The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best yet. We will definitely be planning another trip here soon!!
