TRS was amazing. We highly suggest getting a villa with your own private pool. Romantic dinner on the beach was spectacular, our server Gabriel Rios did an amazing job. We upgraded to the premium experience and it was worth it. TRS will definitely be at the top of our list on our next trip.

Overall although we did relax during our stay at TRS Yukatan..we would not return. Food in majority of restaurants was either luke warn or cold. We ended up going nearly a mile from the TRS to the Nest ..slightly better food and if ordered off the menu was hot. Poor service on arrival ..mini fridge not working or replaced x 3 days and then was not replenished daily. Towels not replaced..had to ask for this to happen but then still were not replenished. Significant work occurring outside our block. Infinity pool very busy..unable to get a sunbed. La Terraza pool not clean and looks tired and needs refurbishing. Plunge pools are shocking in terms of how they are not private at all and dont seem to be finished ..huge open area at the end of a number we viewed. There are 3 other hotels on the complex and it does feel like the complex is too big.

THANK YOU TRS!
This was my 5th time visiting TRS Yucatan hotel, and I've visited 2 other resorts in Mexico in the past all which do not compare to the experience and benefits of TRS. I've taken friends with me to this vacation, and it never disappoints. I am SO HAPPY CHIC is back, and the addition of BRAVO was a great touch to the experience. I LOVE the extra effort made by the resort and staff to make someone feel special during a celebration like my birthday. I will only add some comments: the new charges added to events like CHIC are OK with me IF you are going to keep up the event's quality. I will say I had more fun at BINGO than I did at CHIC this time around which I will say was fabulous back in 2017 last time I attended the event. Bravo was a great make-up, and I will also say I missed the 'air-soft' gun event [seems like the equipment was not available for a while during the 14 days I stayed]. My room's power was out fully in the whole stay and section on Thursday morning for about 3 hours and sadly I missed some work time in this moment. It was uncomfortable. It was solved after, but I had to work in the lobby in the meantime. THANK YOU to amazing staff like, Rogelio, Daniel, Hector [the nice driver who was most memorable], Alfredo, Yuli, Nestor, and our VIP host Fernanda. Because of them, I will always come back as often as I can for personal time off away from my life at home. THANK YOU TRS!

You have to go to Tentazione!
The Tentazione restaurant at the Grand Palladium Yucatán Hotel was amazing!! The food prepared by Chef Luis Ramos and his Team was incredible and the service provided by our waiter Alexis was impeccable. Highly recommend dining at this fine establishment!
