From the moment we walked into the lobby we were overwhelmed. Everything is top notch. Tons of friendly, efficient staff everywhere (our butler told us that over 1000 people are employed here). Food was above average for resort food. Excellent pools be beach. We have stayed at half a dozen other Caribbean all-inclusive resorts that all cost considerably more and delivered a lesser overall experience. Bookings available for family or adults only.

As expected, and then some
Everything was beyond expectations, room, food, he SPA was awesome, the shows were very good, the french restaurant was excellent,. Teté took excellent care of us . So good. We'll be back for another vacation in October 2024

Great Friends Trip
I was at the Majestic this past August with a group of 11 people and we are absolutely had the best time It was my second time at the resort and I thought that it was better this time The food was very very good… Better than last visit Our Butler Mauricio took care of all of us in the group and he was amazing… He was down to earth, personable & accommodated or every need and was super friendly as well We had a lot of fun with him  The waiters by the pool were amazing and funny especially Cauwich We really enjoyed interacting with them and their service was great  I enjoyed morning stretching classes and yoga classes from Jaimie and Rand The beach was beautiful and clean and the adult infinity pool was amazing  The best drinks as always was at the piano bar if you’re looking for a good martini go there & don’t miss the afternoon desserts The dark chocolate spicy Mexican truffles are to die for The Italian restaurant for breakfast was wonderful… Get the pasta in the cheese wheel  The hibachi restaurant was very good Our chef was Arcangel We enjoyed his show The French restaurant was delicious The lobster at the house was really good Most nights we ended up at the piano bar or the sports bar for karaoke which was fun I did miss the foam party in the adult pool We attended the one in the family pool But I thought the one we went to the last visit to the hotel was better in the adult pool I also missed Eddie I think Eddie not being in charge of the entertainment team was a huge loss Although his younger brother Oliver has taken his place and does a good job Eddie took the entertainment to a different level and was good at what he did All of us in our group group had swim up rooms that we booked through a travel agents and it turns out upon arrival even though we tried to get our rooms in the same pool we were spread out all over the resort on the adult side So if you are a group of people that are looking to get swim out rooms together it is virtually impossible at this resort  But all in all we all loved the resort and we all had a great time I would definitely go back

Loved my stay!!!!
Beautiful property, Rooms are extremely large with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Pools are awesome in both the family side as well as the adult side. The beach was stunning with white sands and loads of Bali beds as well as cabanas. Palapas were readily available also. The resort is extremely very conscious of the seaweed as they continuously remove it. Extremely swimmable beach. Food options were plentiful and my favourite is the Mar House where I the bed lobster and prawns. Passionfruit martinis were my fav. Fantastic staff who were friendly and extremely caring and helpful. I was there during hurricane Helene.....the staff and management made sure that I were taken care. I felt safe and pampered. Well worth the stay. I highly recommend.

Incredible Stay!
We absolutely loved this resort! The property is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The beach is amazing!!! You can walk forever. Our last visit we stayed in Cancun at a RIU and this beach is so much better. The finishings are so pretty, every area (restaurant/bars/spa) is appealing. The staff goes above and beyond. We had so many positive and happy interactions with countless workers. The restaurants are varied and we enjoyed all of them. My filet at the steakhouse…. Yum!! Drinks were always available and when you wanted something in your room, room service quick. The pools are very nice and you have so many options. We never had an issue finding a chair at pool or beach. Pool bar was so fun! Our favorite was the tiki beach bar. Victor and Benny are so fun and kind! We met amazing people from around the globe and shared a lot of laughs. Our room with the rooftop jacuzzi was stellar! The room was well maintained and always cleaned by the time we got back. We were fortunate enough to be there to celebrate a dear family members wedding. It was beyond beautiful. The view out to the breach from above at the sky bar area while exchanging vows…. I can’t imagine it gets much better!! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this resort again. Thank you for the amazing stay!!
