May 15, 2025overall, we had an amazing trip and participated in a couple memory making excursions.
stunning views with delicious food and drinks. great amount of restaurant options. the butler service was the best we’ve ever had. standard room was of great size. diamond club status was worth the extra cost! room service took a great deal of time to deliver (over an hour). wish there would have been more pool side service rather than having to walk to the upper bar. swim up bar wasn’t the best. most days staff presented rude, which was believed to be due to disrespectful guests. if you tip, you find yourself great overall service. overall, we had an amazing trip and participated in a couple memory making excursions.

Nice property, great customer service, for nightly life.
The property was very clean and the customer service from Kamal, Keddisha, Chantal, and Shaymar was amazing. However, the nightly events were lackluster. The evening and nights were boring because of that. We were very disappointed with that.

Smaller resort but it’s nice
We stayed here for our anniversary. The aesthetic is very nice. Its a smaller resort. The food was good. Some of the staff were rude. The others were helpful amd friendly! I will say that I was a little annoyed that housekeepers were rude and adamant about cleaning the room. I get they have a job to do. But you should be aware that when people are on vacation or celebrating something they can sleep in! People work hard and need a break therefore they go away! I had to sign for washcloths too.

Amazing vacation!
My daughter and I had the best vacation at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters. It met all of our expectations, and even more. It was the perfect relaxing vacation that we were hoping for. The resort was beautiful, and the pool and beach areas were kept so clean, and tidy. The beach was our favourite spot where we spent all of our days. I was up early every day to grab our towels and secure our beach chairs. Our room was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Danielle always kept our room clean and tidy, and was always so pleasant and friendly. All of the other staff on our floor, like Jordan, were helpful, and always pleasant. We enjoyed many of the restaurants, and our absolute favourite was Calypso. The food was very good at every restaurant we tried, and we also enjoyed the Grand Marche for our breakfast, and some of our lunches. I must also mention the Jerk Hut at the beach was always good. The lobby bar was a fun spot, and Akon was always entertaining, and served the best drinks. The vibe crew were always fun, and entertaining. Adrien was our favourite of course. We would love to visit again, and highly recommend this resort.
