    Great vacation resort.

    We love to visit this beautiful resort. We have stayed there several times, and always feel very welcome. This resort is perfect for families or couples. We spend a lot of time in the adults only pool because we are retired and enjoy the relaxing feel of this area. We were there when hurricane Halene hit, and it was amazing how they took care of us. We have been so lucky to have the butler Manuel. He is so helpful and takes care of everything we need. We look forward to returning in May.

    Ventus @ El Cid Puerto Morelos

    Ventus is a great hotel. We had beach view this trip which was really beautiful. Always alot of food choices even though some of the restaurants are closed during the low season (September). We are members and butler service has declined over the years we have been members. You still find one here and there that are exceptional but for us that has been rare the last 3 years. Maid service is usually great. However this trip we had to call a couple times to get room cleaned. Some maids are meticulous and some just do the obvious. We still love to come and we do twice a year for 2 weeks each trip.

    All inclusive is a joke

    All inclusive is great if I only enjoy drinking. I like to eat and to eat buffet each day when there are several restaurants on site that’s not available each day.

    Utterly relaxing

    The grounds are immaculate, the rooms superbly appointed, good selection of restaurants, and the staff cheerful and attentive. One of our most relaxing two weeks in years!

    FALL TRIP

    Enjoyed beautiful resort, pools clean, staff wonderful. Rooms and dining choices wonderful, Entertainment every night to meet everyone's needs.
