This is the second year our family of 18 (grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren) vacationed at the Villa del Palmer for 9 days! Our pool attendant, Carlos, was amazing and very attentive. Ana in the Italian restaurant was so kind and engaging to everyone in my family. Iracema, gave the best service to our family during the Lion King show and in the sports bar. The ENTIRE ENTERTAINMENT crew were amazingly talented!!! From all the activities at the pool and throughout the day to a very entertaining show each night!!! Carbon offered a delicious steak and lobster dinner, if you go ask for Pedro to serve you. All the chefs are top notch and all the restaurants and food offer a great menu and were delicious!!! This was our families second year there, we will go back!!!

Highly recommended.
Incredible vacation in Villa del Palmar. Everything in our stay was perfect, especially the shows at night. Alana, Michel, Chloe, Jeremy, Fran, Albert and Mauricio are the best. Our favourite show was Lion King. In the day time activities we had a lot of fun with Vale in volleyball and Omar was an incredible guide very attentive at all times, he was the best. Without a doubt, Villa del Palmar will always be our number 1 option to come to in Cabo.

Best Family Vacatiom
Room was clean food was a 10 out of 10 and the pool service was on point Misael was amazing.. Franchesca was friendly and amazing on the Lion King show. Over all experience would highly recommend it 100% cant wait to come back. Thank you Villa del Palmar

Why we keep coming back!
We are returning guests and to our delight the resort continues to improve and enhance the experience. We stay here because of how comfortable the staff makes us feel whether it be calling us by name and or making sure our kids are safe. We really enjoy the activities provided from bingo to volleyball to poker. The staff that helps bring food and drinks seemed lighter this time around as we did wait longer than we have to see them again but your entertainment staff made up for it by keeping great energy. Major thanks it Franchesca, Tony S and Valeria, their smiles, energy and attentiveness is what will keep us coming back. Chuy (Jesus)the lifeguard has been here every year we come and wow, he is amazing. Food was fantastic as well.

Excellent accommodations our favorite
Love the beds ! So comfortable. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The service is wonderful. We have had Celso at the Taco Bar as our waiter every morning , He is very professional attentive and kind. Great customer service.
