Exceptional Concierge Service from Joe!
I cant say enough about how incredible Joe from the Concierge team was. I reached out with a last-minute request for a business lunch reservation --literally less than 24 hours in advance and he made it happen. It was short of a miracle. His professionalism, responsiveness and ability to deliver under pressure were exceptional. Joe is an absolute asset to the team!

Joe Lombardo when I lost my glasses Joe went above and beyond to help me find them he was incredibly professional and kind and even offered me a complementary drink to make my day a bit brighter his exceptional service truly come out. He is truly an asset to the Diplomat Hotel and the Hilton franchise.

Elegant and great service
Beautiful venue for corporate events. Great location on the beach, close to the airport and restaurants. Elegant rooms within close proximity to conference center. Catering was excellent and service was exceptional.
