Great meal @ Sumptuori and great waiter Christian.
Ate at Sumptuori. Christian was our waiter and was great. The food is very authentic and delicious. Great menu. You can do Sushi, Teriyaki, or a set menu. We started with the edamame which was finger lickin Good!! The tuna was especially good and filling. Try the Japanese cheesecake!!’n

The hotel itself is beautiful. There was very little seaweed in the sea but it was rough with big waves. Zero customer service, it you tipped high then you got service. There was no service from the heart only from the wallet. I was very disappointed. The entertainment team set a programme but if it rained the activity was cancelled and not put on indoors. Unfortunately it rained for us most of the week. Would I recommend this hotel - No - unless you want to stay in your room which was beautiful. The food was either cooked to a crisp or undercooked even at the A la carte restaurants. I filled in a survey from the Management team the 2nd day and put in that I was dissatisfied. The replied asking if they could contact me, I said YES giving my email and telephone number and no one bothered the whole week. On check out we were just told to hand the card to the bell boy, no thanks for staying or how was your stay. The only 2 members of staff that cared about customer service were Alan who was our butler (who helped us with everything we asked him) & Joel (OSSO) who was the driver on the golf cart. I travel 4-5 times a month around the world, and have never experience such bad customer service.

Mirabelli the Manager at the cabana was wonderful. She was very helpful all the time. We got the best attention.
Mirabelli at the Cabana gave us the best service. She was excellent. Always eager to help us out. She made our holiday very eventful. The waiters were were excellent. Always eager to help. I am anxious to visit the resort again and use her services. ❤️🤎💜

Archery and Paddleboarding
Alan, Marcos, Dante, and Jean were so great! I loved paddle boarding with Marcos and had so much fun doing archery with Alan. The staff here is excellent and are so fun to talk to. Highly recommend this resort and all the workers. Can’t wait to visit again!
