one of the best experience we ever had! Lovely staff and excellent service from our butlers Cristopher and Rebecca! We will definitely come back! Also all fun inclusive is a real deal! one best thing was Ibio for vegans like us! All the restaurants were accomodative and chef were able to provide some veg options as per out need! 10/10 on service! room 6/10 as we had some issues with the shower! over all stay and experience 10/10

Exceptional Stay at Fuego with that Five Diamond Experience
This is our fourth year in a row visiting Xcaret Mexico Hotel and staying in Fuego. The Butlers (Adrianna Garrido, Ivan Melendez, and Mauricio Cupul) provided us with exceptional service and made it a memorable experience for us. The Manager (Rafa Gerardo) of Fuego Restaurant and all of his staff are wonderful and provided exceptional service. The culinary experience at Fuego Restaurant is incredible! "Galo" at the Palapa Fuego Bar was very attentive and made exceptional drinks! If you make it to Sunday Brunch ask for Alex Calvo and Karla as they were extremely attentive and make it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Xcaret Mexico (Fuego - Adults Only) for that five diamond experience.

Nov 26, 2024They called the cops on us because they did not understand ADA laws.
This hotel was not in ADA compliance. We were asked if we had a pet and I answered no. They gave us room on the lobby side of the building just a few doors down. We had a broken trailer that we needed to repair and when the clerk on duty came out to see if we needed any tools she noticed our service animal in the truck. She told us she needed to change our room assignment to an animal room. My husband tried to explain to her that was against ADA rules but she would not listen. She said they needed animal free rooms for guest that are allergic to dogs. My husband explained that it did not matter, service dogs can go in any room. She then started to yell at us, repeating the same thing over and over. When she went to the office, my husband and I took our bag to the hotel room. She then came back to yell at us some more saying we needed to get out of the room and if we didn't she was going to call the cops on us. My husband told her to go ahead and we can explain the ADA rules to them as well. It was a long night and I just wanted to sleep so we finally made the decision to let them change our room even though we knew it was wrong. I went to the office to tell her we would let them change the room and she called her manager to tell him our decision and she called the cops to cancel them from coming. She told me that her manager is very strict about the animal free rooms and that she would lose her job if she allowed a service animal in the room. Our new room was on the opposite side of the building from the office doors. I will be filing an ADA complaint with the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division against this location. I am submitting this review so others know that this location discriminated against guests with ADA needs.

Best Honeymoon Destination
My husband and I went to Xcaret Mexico for our honeymoon. It was absolutely perfect. Our butlers, Alejandro Barrera and Andres Alvarez were amazing. They handled everything for us and organized everything so that we can relax. Perfect trip for a honeymoon !
