The hotel was very nice and cleaned daily. Irene E. did a great job with my room. The restaurants are expensive to eat at so I recommended ordering from uber eats if you have a large family. Starbucks and convenient stores are located on the premises for cheaper options. The beach is by far the most beautiful!!! The views are spectacular!!! The proximity of amenities to everything is amazing!!! I recommend this hotel for families with young kids who like water activities/the pool or senior adults who enjoy dinner cruises and fine dining. Younger and more adventurous travelers might need to book another hotel because adventurous activities (zip lining, horseback riding, ATV, jet ski, etc) we’re harder to do without traveling out further.

Mary Lou was great. She made us coffee and kept the room nice and tidy. Daily. What a pleasant day for us each day ! Sweet person. Hotel was perfect. Rainbow tower just recently remodeled and it is nice. Mary Lou would great us as soon as we went out.

May 17, 2025No longer the place to stay
We have stayed at this hotel pre covid several times and enjoyed the stay each time. Now that a corp bought it, the hotel has gone down hill. Nearly everything that screams Hawaii is gone. The torches are no longer lit, the grounds at night are dark and dangerous, floral arrangements are fake and the lack of florals on property is evident (they remove every live orchid adorning the lobby and walkway), the upkeep is gone and the hotel rundown. The lobby is no longer welcoming and life time diamonds are treated as if they are new to Hilton - ie - no thank for being one - here’s part of your perk or want to check in early? PAY FOR IT! We told the manager we will not be returning and his attitude was so what? Much like the response we received when we reported cockroaches in our room / he said we should expect them. This property should loose its flag since it’s not near the Hilton standards!

Housekeeping experience
Marylou housekeeping was the best. She went above and beyond to make sure our room was to our liking. The mattress and the pillows were super comfy. The staff was very welcomed and happy to assist in anyway possible to make your stay comfortable

Marylou was a great housekeeper!
Marylou was our housekeeper and was amazing. We didn’t request for full room service every day but if saw us in hall would always be asking if needed replacement towels, toilet paper or anything else. She did a great job and was very friendly.
