We really enjoyed this resort. We really enjoyed this resort. It was a cut above many other all inclusives that we have visited, including several other secrets in the Caribbean. Our Butlers were Gustavo and Duran and they were exceptional. They anticipated our needs and made certain that we had a fantastic time. They always went the extra mile to be helpful and make our trip special. Our pool Butler was Joel. He was knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. These three people truly raise the bar on service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service
Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The location was amazing. The food was better than any other all inclusive. The drinks were quality, and at the garbage you sometimes get an all inclusive. However, the best part was the service, which was perfect.Hugo at oceans and our butlers Miguel and Martin were so helpful! Cesar by the pool was great too

Preferred Club, Preferred Vaca Spot
First of all, do the Preferred Club experience. The amenities are worth it and our butlers, Martín & Miguel turned a quick three night vacation into the experience of a lifetime. This is the nicest resort I’ve stayed at in Cancún or anywhere else. Only a year old, it’s chic, modern and gorgeous. It’s the perfect size - not so small you run into the same people constantly and not so big you need a golf cart. Multiple restaurants and pools with specific vibes and experience plus a beautiful beach. This resort is not in an overdeveloped area so it can take longer to do excursions, but it’s worth it. Our butlers made sure our rooms were cleaned and restocked when we wanted, made our reservations for us, surprised us with special gifts and made us feel so incredibly pampered and treated. Best vacation ever!

Stunning Resort
Stunning Resort and would highly recommend. Staff were so attentive and all the services, F&B, pool and beach were out of this world. Make sure you try the sushi restaurant, breakfast buffet was out of this world. Would highly recommend and look forward to getting back soon
