This was my mom’s first all inclusive experience, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to take her to. The staff was amazing and always willing to help. Location was perfect, so close to the airport, Marina and downtown. Food was delicious.

PUERTO VALLARTA AT ITS BEST!
We have been going to Velas every year since 2013 and it never disappoints! The rooms, common areas and grounds are so well kept. The service is impeccable. Hugo at the pool and Omar at Andrea's Restaurant were spot on. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, I would highly recommend this resort!

Velas Vallarta ! 5 Star all the way
This was our second time staying At Velas and it Exceeded our expectations even more than our first stay last January!! Aside from our accommodation and the grounds being 5 Star the most notable aspect was the Service!!!!! The Staff at Velas starting with The concierge team that greet you at the curb to the check in folks and all throughout the entire resort including the maid ladies and room service amigos to the greatest restaurant staff around !!!! I’d like to extend a special thanks to My friend Javier Zamora from the upstairs gang and to Miguel our Bell captain and last but not least Christina our most excellent server. We will see you all next year!

Wonderful suppers and pool time!
Everything was Great! Omar at Andrea was our favorite waiter. He was very attentive and helpful. He made our experience amazing! We sat in the same area by the pool every day our waiter was Hugo he always remembered our names and our orders. He was excellent!

Magnificent Velas Vallarta
We have been coming here for 20 years. An older resort without the proverbial high rise building , it has a cozy family like feel. The staff stays the same and are always courteous and smiling. The grounds are immaculate and a source of pride. The linens have a luxurious feel to them . We can’t wait to go back next year.
