A great resort with the friendliest staff you will ever meet. Beautiful pool and beach location with everything you’ll need from an-inclusive resort. From the concierges to the pool staff, you’ll receive 1st class attention and service.

Grand velas-exceptional
By far and away the most incredible all inclusive I’ve ever been too. The service is the life blood of the resort. For 5 days we never heard the word “No”. Perfect for people of all ages. Infant to 90. The folks that helped us were exceptional Luis- head concierge. Kept us organized the whole time. Jorge- pool concierge. Made sure all our requests were met. Gilberto and Gustavo. The fastest waiters in all of Mexico. Thank you all!!! A++. Will return

Perfection
Best service I have ever had on vacation. This place is breath taking… every single detail of the resort is a thing of beauty. Luis was our Concierge for 5 days helping us with everything and anything from baby bottle cleaning to swimmers ear issues to reservations to transportation. Very professional, genuine and kind! We loved him. They make it easy to travel with infants and toddlers! At the pool Gustavo was outstanding making sure our large group of 21 was constantly being taken care of. Same with Gilberto. We are sad to leave but will be back indeed!

Best honeymoom
I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was at grand velas! We went for our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a more perfect place. The views were absolutely stunning, everything was clean and well kept, our spa days were heavenly, and the food was to die for. We went back to the Italian Lucca a second time because the food was the best we've ever had. Even the room service and buffet food was great. And last but definitely not least, the staff were the nicest and most accommodating. Chepe our concierge was above and beyond (he even got both our nfl games on and opened the koi bar early for us) we looked forward to seeing his smile everyday by the pool. And Gustavo and Ray and all the servers at the pool made our day with their warm personalities and incredible service. We can't wait to go back already!

So grateful!
We recently returned from a one-week vacation at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit as a family of seven (five adults and two children aged 8 and 10). It was truly an unforgettable experience! The resort is incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone to enjoy. The sandy, swimmable beach offered great waves for boogie boarding, and the dining options were exceptional. Every meal was a treat, with the buffet and specialty restaurants exceeding our expectations. The staff’s dedication to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere is what truly sets this resort apart. We’d like to give special thanks to: • Karina, for her sunglasses cleaning service at the pool - such a thoughtful touch! • Carlos, who made beach volleyball and boogie boarding so much fun. • Jorge, our wonderful pool concierge, who ensured we had everything we needed. • Perla, our vacation concierge, for making our stay seamless and stress-free. • Elmira, for leading enjoyable stretching sessions and water volleyball games. • Emiliano, for bringing energy and enthusiasm to beach volleyball. • Esmeralda, who worked tirelessly at the omelet station in the buffet every day.
