Elba was our maid. Our room was kept wonderful. The Nest was the best restaurant and Ignacio was our server. The whole crew at The Nest was wonderful. The drink staff at the pool near Adelita was the best. Our room has a spectacular view of the pool, Adelita and the ocean. The welcome staff and concierge was great. Love the grounds. How beautiful and well kept it is kept. This is my 2nd visit. Would recommend to anyone but there is a small amount of walking.

If the pools were cleaned, and the common areas had as much attention as the rooms as well, if the food was cooked properly, this place would be a diamond resort.

Exactly what we were looking for with the kids! We didn’t want a resort with an urban feeling but something more natural. The vegetation through the resort is so beautiful! The Mexican restaurant was phenomenal! Eliutt with activities was Great, always helpful with information and checking in to see if we need anything! Roy at the pool bar was so fun and friendly with great drinks. Abelardo was our favorite in the buffet- so accommodating and friendly. The mango margarita with Tajín was a go-to. Fun NA drinks as well. The kids club was a great place for the kids to play pool or fuse ball to cool off or in the evening.

Wonderful experience hanging with Julio every night can’t wait to come back would not pass on this experience great time
Such a wonderful bartender makes great drinks and very personable and professional such a great experience hangs with Julio would definitely recommend going to th Hemingway bar at this resort we went every night we were there and loved every minute

The beach resort was excellent. Wedding service was beautiful. Overall, great experience and would definitely stay here again.
