** This luxury hotel has a lot to know. I go in parts Room: what a bed they have, quite comfortable. A very nice bathroom has everything you could need for an incredible vacation. restaurants: really delicious delicious food beach: its coves are very beautiful Pools: very large and with a good atmosphere service: here I do have a small detail in which it is seen that the treatment towards foreigners is better than that of Mexicans, they have more attention to them.

Unforgettable stay at the beautiful Xcaret Mexico
The best all inclusive!!!! We had an amazing, unforgettable stay at Xcaret. All staff members went above and beyond to help us every step of the way, whether with bags, services, merchandise, and information/recommendations. Namely, Cecilia greeted us warmly and offered us exclusive offers we appreciated greatly, make sure to see her to ask about activities, excursions, membership and other exclusive deals. Muchas Gracias, we can’t wait to make Xcaret part of all our trips. Truly the best all inclusive!

Spare yourself from Hotel Xcaret
Extremely Frustrating Stay – Would Not Recommend My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Upon checking in, I asked for an upgrade to Arte and the concierge said it wasn't an option? After reading countless reviews of people who got upgraded for free to these places, all of a sudden I was told "they don't do that." I then asked someone else and she answered by saying of course you can upgrade! Seems like these people make up rules as they go. I let it go and asked again when I came to check in at 3. The lady offered me Casa Fuego for $700 more per night. That price seemed steep for an upgrade especially at the hotel. We already paid so much, that paying that much more didn't make sense for the same hotel and not even Arte. We then got redirected to the other concierge which handled our bookings for the week. Prior to arriving, I emailed plenty of times and called to make reservations and they assured me I don't need to do it ahead of time and I can just do it when I get to the hotel. So I got to the hotel and of course there were no reservations left. Not one for the night I arrived, and I refused to eat at the buffet since the food was horrendous and just not to our liking. So instead I had to pay a driver and go for dinner outside the hotel. We did the same thing the following day because again, no reservations! So all that money I spent on an "all inclusive" was clearly nothing. The lack of communication between the staff just kept proving how much no one knows anything and each person tells you something else. I really felt like the hotel opened this month and we were the trial run. That's how bad it was. I have countless other stories on lack of communication in the facility.. No one seemed to know what was going on. Every time I had a question or issue, I was just directed to someone else, and I felt like I was stuck playing broken telephone. The staff doesn’t communicate with each other, and no one had any idea about basic details like when restaurants or amenities open and close. It was incredibly frustrating trying to get any clear information. The food was terrible, and the restaurants were not at all accommodating with food restrictions. Each place seemed to be less helpful than the last, and I ended up having to use a private driver each night just to find something I could eat. The language barrier was another huge problem. Most of the staff only spoke Spanish, which made it hard to get anything resolved. On top of that, the rooms were paper-thin. I could hear everything from the rooms next door, which made it impossible to sleep. Honestly, this hotel isn’t worth the money. I could have stayed at a better place for less and had a much more enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
