Another incredible stay! Shout outs to Aylin - Greeter/host Marcela and Anna in Club Lounge Guillermo- luggage attendant Yoiva- La Cucino Angel - beach attendant Raul - Beach Attnedant Housekeeping Booked 2 excursions and all of our transportation through the hotel and everything was flawless.

The Grill
The grill at the Hyatt was delicious and the service was incredible!! Everything came out so quickly! All the dishes we ordered were very tasty. Our waiter Augusto was knowledgeable and helped us customize our order. He answered all the questions we had.

Although the location is nice, the property is lacking and the pool area was disappointing. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool area was very crowded. Friendly staff. Elevators were broken many times throughout the week with no signs. Does not feel like an all inclusive property. Very expensive for the level it provided.

Great location for incentive trips
We held a rewards event here the end of February/beginning of March for our top sales reps. The property and beach are beautiful with plenty to do in the surrounding area; just a block off fifth ave. where there is lots of shopping and bars/restaurants. Great meeting/event space and fantastic banquet food. I was disappointed the all-inclusive package was limited menu items but we ended up giving resort credits to cover anything extra and it worked out great. The service was great and staff very helpful and accommodating.

Great property, service, location
Stayed here with wife. Beautiful property with a pool right at the beach. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and staff were all very accommodating. I would stay here again without hesitation. Also good location with many nearby restaurants and bars
