The resort is beautiful!!! Everyone is so so so friendly. They are also always down to dance, which I love!!! Oliver, Joshept, and Richardo are so nice!! They are such good dancers 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩

Majestic Elegance Escape
Great all inclusive experience. Food was excellent and service top notch! Andres and Melissa were great butlers. Jamie and Mary of the entertainment services made the days fun even when the weather wasn’t the greatest! They were all always smiling!

Amazing experience!
We had an absolutely fantastic time at this resort! The service was nothing short of magnificent, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for such a special occasion—we got engaged here and are beyond happy with our decision. A huge thank you to Aletia from guest services, our incredible engagement coordinator, who was attentive, courteous, and dedicated. She did an amazing job with the decorations, making everything perfect for our big moment. Our photographer, Fernando, captured every detail beautifully and did an outstanding job with our pictures. We’d also like to thank our maid, Marcos, for keeping our room immaculate and for the thoughtful and creative bed decorations that added such a personal touch. We had the pleasure of meeting Eduardo and Jaime from the entertainment crew, who were so friendly and made our time at the pool so much fun. The food at every restaurant we tried was excellent—every meal was delicious, and the servers ensured we always had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Alejandro, who I believe is the manager at Don Jaume. We had a lovely chat with him, which made our dining experience even more memorable. Thank you to everyone who made this trip unforgettable—we can’t wait to come back!

Jan 23, 2025Construction on adjoining property facing block Six.
Guests beware as there is construction at the adjoining property next to the hotel. We were assigned a room in block SIX facing the construction site that is going to be a new Majestic Hotel. We were unable to use our jacuzzi & balcony due to the noise & privacy issues. The construction is 7 days a week, Monday -Friday 8am -6-6.30pm Saturday-Sundays 8am-1pm. We immediately requested a room change only to be told by the hotel manager Mr. Rodriquez that the hotel was full & we could not be moved, however if we upgraded to the adults section for U$600. they would move us immediately. When talking to other guests they were aware of the construction. The advertising is totally misleading as no mention was made of the construction.The room & balcony were not properly cleaned. The pool area could do with extra cleaning & maintenance. The breakfast & lunch buffets were excellent. The steak house was our best option for evening dinner. The beach was superb. This was our first experience at the Majestic chain of hotels & our last. Value for money, poor.

Overall majestic elegance is a good resort. Our biggest problem was the weather which is out of their control, but made us realize a few things that could be improved upon. Simply put, there is not much to do to fill in rainy days. Small improvements such as adding a couple English speaking movie channels on the tv would help. I realize it is not the native language but it appears 80% of its guest are English speaking. Rooms are nice and clean. Very damp in the room we had. Food was good but did not wow us. Beach is beautiful. The biggest plus was our butler Chan. He was amazing. I have never had better service than he has given us. There is a large theatre which is very nice. On rainy days it would be great to see them have bingo or something. Maybe there were activities going on, but they were not well advertised. The app helps but was not always correct. For example, buffet restaurant was closed two days in a row, same as Italian. App did not show this. To sum it up, had the weather been beautiful, we would have had an amazing beach vacation. But the resort itself, we would not return to.
