Oliver is amazing!!!! He’s been absolutely amazing. So fun and knows how to get a crowd going. This is our first time in Mexico and he has made it so fun for us. We will definitely be back and if you are on the adult side look for Oliver who helps with entertainment!!

Spring break
Jackie was the best part of the entertainment team! Such a joy to hang out with. Always said hi, remembers names, interactive! The food is amazing! Staff very attentive and great service. Rooms very clean and sanitary! ALS for Jackie when you come you won’t regret it!

Celiac dream resort! Live Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres!
This was our second trip to this resort. We absolutely love it and are planning our next trip for 2026. As a celiac traveller it was a dream come true. I was so nervous about booking an all inclusive as a celiac as I have heard nightmare stories. After reading numerous positive reviews on a Celiac Beach All Inclusive group on FB we booked at Majestic. Both times, Jan 2024 & March 2025, exceeded our expectations. This resort takes all food allergies so seriously. Sebastian and Joy, the food concierges, and Ivan and Giovanni, chefs, are leaders in their fields! Every restaurant on this resort we were asked if any allergies and I replied “celiaca”. They would notify Sebastian or Joy or Ivan if one of their days off. They would come to our table and walk me through the menu or the buffet or make me anything I wanted. They made me feel so special every meal and I did not feel limited to my choices at all or worry about the safety of my meals. I wish back home in Canada it was this good. We have developed a special friendship with both Sebastian and Joy and I already miss them and look forward to seeing them again. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well and are all so friendly and happy! Our butler Mauricio was so wonderful we requested him for our second trip. He switched his shifts and stayed late to greet us and get us settled after a significant delay with the airline. It was so wonderful to see his smiling face and it felt like we were coming home to an old friend. Another standout was the General Manager Gerardo De Groot walking around the resort talking comfortably to staff and guests. We spoke to him on a few of occasions and he seems like a genuinely nice guy. It is refreshing to see someone with his title who legitimately cares about everything and is hands on. All the staff we spoke to said he was a really nice guy and down to earth. That speaks volumes. They are building a sister resort right next door - Majestic Mirage which is set to open November 2025. We are hoping as repeat guests we can utilize both resorts during our next stay. Also the entertainment staff are all so wonderful! Everyone was so welcoming, especially Amanda. Amanda sought us out each day and made sure we were having a great time! I cannot say enough good things about this resort and are so looking forward to our next vacation with Majestic! Staff standouts were Sebastian, Joy, Mauricio, Amanda, Moises, Candy. Everyone was so awesome!!

Phenomenal Vacation! Recomenzion
An absolutely one-of-a-kind experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and the top-tier service. If you’re debating which room to book, don’t hesitate—get the one with the plunge pool! It’s worth every single penny for the added luxury and privacy. The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay seamless, warm, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Katia, our personalized butler, who took service to the next level. With over five years of international hospitality experience, she planned our entire stay flawlessly—from reservations to transfers and even setting up a romantic room surprise. She truly listens and exceeds all expectations. One last tip: do NOT miss Mar Restaurant. The grilled langostines and lobster are next-level delicious. Huge applause to the chef! Already dreaming of coming back.

Just Go. It is worth whatever you are paying
What's important to me? Food, Staff, rooms, excitment, beach. The food was amazing, I will mention we went as Club upgrade so being able to have breakfast at the italian restaurant and lunch ( not having to buffet ) was fantastic. The restaurants were all great food and all staff genuinely cared and were very nice. They put on fantastic shows that include a wrap around buffet in the courtyard, and the rooms are well sized, clean and no moisture issues like other nearby resorts. I have visited the Majestic Elegance here and in the DR and will continue to.
