May 19, 2025Pampering and perfection at a great price point.
We just spent a flawless week as Platinum guests in an oceanfront room with Ventus el Cid’s best butlers, Are Mendez and Manuel Diaz. My every request was met with a smile and delivered perfectly. Every dinner was at the time and place of my choosing and loungers at the Platinum beach were reserved for us. I’ve never been more pampered and I feel like I’ve found my vacation home. The variety of pools, hot tubs and bars meant that we could find the perfect level of activity for us. I’m fussy about linens and housekeeping and their service was exemplary as well. Their service overall far exceeds their price point and the restaurants are amazing. I don’t have a single complaint.

Fun in the sun
The pillows and bed were amazing after tiring days at the pool and beach food was amazing butler with Jesus attentive and fast at our every request!! 🙌we will back very soon my teens had a an amazing time sun was just right.............mm.m....

Alberto for the Win!!!
I must say I wasn’t sure what to expect based off reviews. but my family was extremely happy with the choice of going to El cid at Easter. The staff was amazing ripped off by Alberto our Butler taking the trip to another level. He gave us a truly 5 star experience and is the main reason we have rebooked for December next year with more people. Only draw back was the beach but we knew that going into it. Food was great and the dinners far exceeded expectations! If you book ask for Alberto and you won’t be disappointed

Our great time at El Cid.
My husband and I spent the month of March at El Cid. We find the 7 restaurants to be very relaxing and each having their own unique menus. There are many pools and beautiful landscaping. The employees are all so friendly, from the maids, grounds keeper, and restaurant workers. Since I have mobility problems a special shout out to our two butlers, Ricardo and Sebastián. They made our stay very enjoyable and saw to our every need. We had a wonderful time.

We spent a week and had a great time! Sebastian and Ricardo, our butlers were excellent and got us everything we needed! They work tirelessly to ensure a great stay. Without them it is very hard to make any reservations to restaurants because it's so full. Also, we loved the outdoor spin and yoga class with Ahmed. Who doesn't want to exercise when overlooking the ocean? Lol. Shout out to Tony and Elli (sp?) for fun spanish classes and aqua fit! And loving the new rooftop bar. Aa we have been coming here for 6 years it would be great to change up the restaurant menus and refresh the rooms on the marina side as they are getting very tired and old looking. Also, the seat cushions in the lobby and main buffet restaurant need washing. Pls also add some more activities!
