May 16, 2025Vacation was absolutely amazing all the staff went above and beyond for us we went for our honeymoon and it was amazing
The hotel was amazing and the staff was unbelievable the buffet staff Carlos and Zoila went above and beyond for us it was fantastic service it was definitely and amazing time and will definitely be going back the bar staff was amazing aswell definitely recommend anyone to go

Absolutely fantastic couldn’t be better
The hotel was lovely absolutely beautiful and family friendly we went for our honeymoon and the staff brung us bottle of wine rum and cheesecake and the staff I can’t say how friendly and kind they are the entertainment was fantastic there was so much to do load of activity for young and older would definitely 100% recommend anyone going to punta Cana to stay at this hotel can’t recommend it enough so many activities and things to do and the beach is amazing we loved it

First time to D.R. & All Inclusive Experience…..
The resort is extremely nice!! Location is perfect. The people are very friendly and welcoming. From the time we arrived we were greeted immediately. We were invited to participate in a presentation the next day though. It took up most of the day but, we got a free bottle of wine and a lobster/steak dinner that was really nice! We upgraded our room and glad we did. We had an ocean front to begin with and went with the Sun Club. Trust me you’ll want to do this. You’ll get room service 24h! Plus housekeeping 24h. We don’t have children so it’s the all adult side. It was quiet, spacious and beautiful! The only thing we would say was the temperature of the food at the restaurants were not too hot. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great Vacation
Restaurant kaleidoscope zoila Carlos were amazing and made my wife and I feel like at home here in Punta Cana. We made sure to come to this Restaurant every morning for Breakfast. Very little seafood even when it’s a la carte and cost plus(up to 75$US per plate). Room issues are everywhere and no smoking areas are not enforced. No vigilance in club areas and club bars. The reservation app is erratic and unreliable. Amenities are good as well as the food. Messeros Zoilo and Carlo were very attentive. Juanita, our room maid (camarera) was a delight and made us feel that our well being was important.
