Beautiful rooms surrounded by a peaceful jungle vibe. The food is amazing! So many great options. The pool is gorgeous and very clean. The staff is the best part! So friendly, fun, always helpful and they treat you like family!! They remember your name every time you come back. You won’t find another resort like this anywhere!

Valentin keeps us coming back!!!
It started before we left home with great communication from Valentin to set up our airport transfers. At check-in Mariela made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to meet our room request (within our chosen room type). The GO Team entertainment was awesome. They called us by name whenever we saw them. Israel, Carlos, Oscar, Raciel, Sairy & Pablo were great! And of course Lorenzo. We've known him for 7 years! The service at the Valentin is truly exceptional! From the seating hostesses at La Marche, Lizbeth & Maria, all the way to the managers, Yolanda & Noemi, thank you! Also, Oscar at the Japanese restaurant and Ignacio at the Italian restaurant made our experiences fun and memorable. Out of all the great bar staff, Abelardo at the Beach Bar and Veronica at a main pool bar were our favorites, so great! Never miss a chance to see the Imperial Band, even if you don't dance as they are amazing and so talented. We danced with the band and continued after with DJ Jerry, who kept everyone on the dance floor. A special thanks to Cesar at Barracuda Diving, who is not only a really good volleyball player but is great at the water sports aspect of the beach experience. We have been to the Valentin 13 times and can't wait for next year!!!

Amazing vacation
Amazing trip again! This was our 4th trip and we will definitely be back. Our room was wonderful, great service. We spend a lot of time at the beach and it was wonderful as usual. Great swimming, great volleyball. Excellent food, my favourite restaurant is L’Asace and hubby’s is La Hacienda, but they are all delicious with amazing service. The nachos at the golden pool are amazing, and staff goes above and beyond for every request.
