Guest will receive $200 resort coupons per room, per stay.
$200 Krystal coupons include four coupons worth $10 each, two coupons worth $20 each, and three coupons worth $40 each. Of these coupons, $100 can be used for spa treatment, $60 for romantic dining, and $40 for wine purchases. Spa treatment coupons are broken down into one coupon worth $20 and two coupons worth $40. Romantic dining coupons are broken down into one coupon worth $20 and one coupon worth $40. Coupons for wine purchases are broken down into four $10 coupons.
Krystal coupons for spa treatments are not combinable or valid for spa products at the Spa Boutique or 25-minute massages and treatments. Only one coupon can be redeemed per spa treatment. Coupons for romantic dining are combinable up to $60 per romantic dining experience, but not valid for bottles of wine. $10 coupons for wine can be used at any of the restaurant on property. They are not combinable – only one $10 coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine.
Krystal coupons cannot be applied toward the following items: beauty salon services, spa product purchases, telephone charges, dolphin experiences, gift shop purchases, boutique purchases, internet service (if applicable), marina services, dive shop, medical services, car rentals and travel agency services. They are not applicable for tips, taxes, private functions and/or special events such as Christmas and New Year’s Gala dinners.

Krystal coupons must be redeemed at the time of reservation or service. Krystal coupons do not hold any cash or commercial value, are not refundable and non-transferable. They are not accumulative and cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offers including, but not limited to spa treatment discounts, unless otherwise indicated in the promotion. They are only valid during the original stay and cannot be deducted upon check out. Krystal coupons are not applicable to group
bookings. Employees of tour operators and wholesalers do not qualify. They are not combinable with deal of the day rooms. This entire offer is based on availability and can be modified or closed out at any time.

    family trip

    We had a very good trip as a family. The housekeeper was really friendly and kind. The bell boys booked us taxi’s when needed. Aaron was a wonderful waiter he worked nights at the outdoor restaurant. He went above for us and we appreciated it and enjoyed getting to know him. the men that brought us drinks to the room were also great.

    Awesome service

    Aaron our server at the O Bar ,exceeded expectations, served us with a smile all the time .He went above and beyond. Awesome, awesome service. Would highly recommend visiting the O Bar . The concierge staff was welcoming and exceeded expectations .

    A fair review of a great facility

    Hi everyone. My wife and I stayed at the KGNV for 2 weeks. The staff are friendly and fluent in Spanish and English. Norma the cleaner and waitress always has a smile on her face. If you stay in a garden view you may not have a balcony for your room. Our room was clean and everything in it worked, but the room is small. It does have a minibar that has a couple cans of beer and pop and bottled water restocked daily. The a/c unit is due for a cleaning. The property is well laid out and easily walkable. Lots of lush plants, just beware the sharp edged plant with barbs. There are 3 pools that are cool enough to keep a person comfortable. The pools could use some maintenance (replace missing tiles, cleaning, tighten handrail). There are lots of loungers and tables near the pools, we never reserved one but we were always able to find something. The bars are well stocked and staffed. No issues there. The pool side snack stand was great. I recommend the fish tacos. The staff hand bread and then deep fry the fish each morning, it is fresh and very tasty. The buffet has lots of delicious food. If you aren't in a premium level you'll likely only eat at the buffet. While the facility advertises 3 ala cart restaurants the reservation system won't let you book one or they won't be open for several nights. Upon checking in you'll be shown how to make an account for the system, but you won't be told that it likely won't work for you. The beach is fantastic, again lots of loungers, lots of soft and packed sand. The ocean waves come and go and can be watched and listened to for hours. Bucerias is a walkable 5 Km away. Small gym, but usable. Beware the time share staff onsite.
