The resort is beautiful. When we arrived we were in the diamond club the front desk staff rude. The diamond club staff next to the check in watch your every move and was very uncomfortable. They stare at you and were rude also. We had resort credits that we had to beg for. We arrived wed and didn’t get the resort credits until Friday night we were leaving Sunday so couldn’t use any of our credits. Beside the reception the resort and staff were amazing. Marcus at the pool bar went above and beyond. Jordan in the vibe team was amazing and our kids had a blast with him he was amazing. The butler we had irman was amazing can’t say more about him. Went above and beyond any service I have ever had at any resort he was amazing. The rest of staff were great everywhere rooms were clean food was good not amazing but good. The beach was beautiful and we had an amazing time. Would definitely go back.

The food was good, the rooms were nice. My family enjoyed all of the food, the resort and the workers were nice. The excursions provided were fun and engaging and let me and my family see a good part of Jamaica and what it was about. I would definitely come back

Amazing bartenders
Absolutely amazing service! Berry , Bianca G. And Devontae was friendly, attentive, and made some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was great, and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time. Quick service, great conversation, and top-notch cocktails—what more could you ask for? Will definitely be back

Bar service in the lobby
The service at the bar was amazing berry , Devonta and Bianca G was amazing love them. If you NEED vibe and entertainment visit the lobby blue bar make sure you bring own music box cause when they are to entertain. You never even get this type of entertainment from the entertainment team at the resort . If you are checking in make sure you stop at the lobby blue bar to meet the vibe team.

Sherian at the martini bar
She was really sweet and very helpful . Kept the drinks coming with no problem . Was funny toooo kept us laughing all I came every night just to sit with her loved the service willl continue to sit with her everytime . It was a pleasure to have her as a bartender
