Nice stay
Very nice hotel with good restaurants. Our rooms were very nice large sitting area and decks They need more shade on the beach and by the pools Also they do not clean the rooms and charge For it if you want a cleaning. I found this appalling for a large resort hotel.

Another great trip to the Reef
We enjoyed another great week at the Reef with family. First, thanks to Madison and Ariana at the front desk for helping us with a last minute request. And thanks to Doris and Doris for yoga and water aerobics and to the helpful crew at the concierge desk for lots of useful advice on activities. We had great meals at the Tides and the pool bar and enjoyed snorkeling in the new open area in front of the Castaways pool. Here are our constructive suggestions for the Reef and for guests. We did discuss the resort recommendations with management. • Configure the tennis courts with proper markings and deployable nets for pickleball. As all of you know. pickleball is a growing sport and the Reef shouldn’t get left behind. • Use the owner’s reception to convey info on future directions with the resort to the attendees with a formal presentation. • Encourage our owner’s council to communicate more with members. • Point out to new arrivals the good swimming/snorkeling area in front of the Castaway’s pool. • Warn guests to confirm that their rental car company doesn’t have unhelpful age restrictions (e.g. Hertz won’t rent to those over 80 even if you have a long-standing reservation; use Andy’s.) Here are our favorite activities: • Spend the day at Rum Point, which is completely refurbished with new restaurants • Snorkeling at Eden Rock, the best snorkeling, boat or land, on the island. • The best snorkeling from the Reef is under the Morritts dock. Walk over and enter from the ladder on the dock. Don’t try and swim over because of the strong currents. And drifting back isn’t worth the trouble. • Snorkeling enthusiasts should also visit Spotts Beach, Cemetery Beach, and Governor’s Beach. • Dinner at Tukkas. Note that the Reef is a quieter environment than Morritts, which has more loud partiers and is also a nice place to stay with excellent food, activities, and staff. We prefer the quieter, laid back atmosphere at the Reef.

Awesome stay!
We stayed in a one-bedroom condo/villa on the third floor. It was perfect! The unit was well appointed and even offered coffee filters! The convenience of the grocery store next door was perfect. Yes, everything is expensive, but we were aware of that and it was our choice to have breakfast and lunch in our room. Dinners were out. We had dinner at Tides twice. The service was outstanding. The food was good - hubby's steak was perfect. Our red snapper was delicious also. One morning we had the "west" pool all to our selves, but I understand it was switch-out day and due to low season. There was always shade, and always chairs available. We had pizza at the Morritz resort next door because the Italian restaurant was closed. We're from Canada so the exchange rate is extremely painful. LOL. Oh well! We're on vacation. And the pizza was quite good. Madison at the concierge desk was very helpful and friendly; Steven at the front desk was wonderful also. No complaints - all staff were friendly. We absolutely loved Happy Hour. Bingo and drinking was a hoot! I would highly recommend renting a car. I'm comfortable driving on the left and honestly, the roads are well maintained, and well lit, even in the dark we had no issues. We enjoyed exploring the island, and the Wyndham was perfect for resting and relaxing.

Never again!!!
First few days were great, besides being charged for every little thing!!! Then never having enough specials of meals for quest on different days. Activities never being started in time. On our second to last day, we had a knock on our door. When I opened the door a male and female from hotel staff were standing at my door, didn’t even ask to come in. Walked in stating we got reports that you’re smoking in room or balcony. Mind you it’s 500 if found smoking in room or balcony! We were cleared because I had videos of my neighbors actually being the ones smoking on their balcony! No one ever apologized to us. They discriminated against us because we are both young time share owners and lesbians! After that the whole stay went downhill staff were rude and just nasty over all!! Never again especially as a timeshare owner like wtf
