    Worst decision ever.

    Worst hotel experience ever. Small room, non-existent service due to staff being on strike, yuck food options, pool closed for maintenance on labor day weekend, should I really go on? Skip this place if you want to remain sane. Oh, parking was 65 bucks a night. What a rip off!

    Just OK!

    The location of this hotel is great and we spent a lot of time in the infinity pool which has an amazing view of the ocean. You have to be at the pool at 8:00am to get a chair. So sad seeing all these couples coming down to the pool after breakfast only to find no chairs available. Sheraton should really try and figure something out. There is another “kids” pool on the other side of hotel which is nice and with a slide. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast which was OK, they served ketchup packets for our eggs like McDonalds which was really bad. Rum Fire restaurant also has great views and looks great at night time all lite up. Drinks were weak, husband ordered 7 and 7 that was clear! Food was just OK. This Sheraton has great location but needs to work at some things. Also blocking the bar from the pool with planters is confusing. If the pool is open at 8:00 let people be able to order coffee or drinks. Staff was not very friendly at all. Not much Aloha spirit here!

    Perfect Location

    We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Waikiki. It’s in the perfect location to walk to dinner every night. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Waikiki. Shout out to Roger in Housekeeping- your warm welcomes in the morning put a smile on my face everyday. Roger is the hardest working housekeeper on the floor. Keep up the good work.

    Housekeeper Roger is the Beat

    Wow such lovely service at this hotel located in the perfect spot on Waikiki it was great from the moment we checked in , including the runfire waitresses who are amazing and then Roger our housekeeper, so much fun & helping to make our holiday very memorable

    Beautiful view and wonderful stuff

    Our room has an amazing view of ocean and diamond head! Waking up every morning with the beautiful views and breeze makes your day feel so joyful and relaxing. The service staff Roger is greeting us every time he sees us. Room is always so clean
