Joan working at the door Brazilian restaurant needs to learn better English or to improve his attitude. I got there early for my reservation and I told him that I was there. He told me that my table was not ready. I said: I just wanted to inform you we are here. He repeated impolitely: your table is not ready. I repeated: I understand, I just wanted to inform you that we are here for when it is ready. He repeated: your table is not ready. At the restaurant, the waiter did not explain anything. He splashed blood from the meat on my clothes carelessly (not by accident). He was not even trying to be at least careful when cutting the meat )they cut the meat at the table). I do not remember his name but he was working there around the 3rd or 5th of March 2025 in the evening.

We have been here for 5 days and thus far had not had one decent meal. All the 16 restaurants are booked 2-3 days in advance by “diamond” members. If you are not paying for diamond member which is an extra $130 per night per person you are going to starve. The one restaurant you can go to is a buffett style that serves the same food everyday and is mid at best. I will not recommend this place at all. If you value your time, family and mental health stay away. I have never wanted vacation to end as much as I want this nightmare to end. We are going out of the resort today to some tequila distillers and I am so much looking forward to have a decent meal there vs this vacation we spent $8K for. I think the people that give this place more than 1 star are daimind members

Gym
Very fun and nice aswell as a great gym and view and plenty of equipment and space. The treadmills have a great view of the ocean and everyone that works there is very helpful kind and supportive. I would recommend for anyone that like lifting fitness cross fit or yoga or all abilities to go

Day 1 and Very disappointed.
We are current guests and are unable to secure restaurant reservations, despite methodically using the Royalton app 24 hours in advance. So I am paying for an all-inclusive resort, cannot access reservations at ANY of the restaurants and must resort to a buffet for every meal. Check-in took an hour, as did a return visit to the front desk. I truly hope this post is recognized by a manager and the situation remedied. Marriott needs to assess this “Autograph” collection resort that isn’t worthy of the distinction.
