Everything about the resort was amazing from the atmosphere, to the food, to the people! We celebrated milestone birthdays with another couple and had the best time! Our Butler, Eddy and his associate Moises were attentive to every need! We’ve never done the Preferred Club before and did this time and it was so worth it! Thank you Secrets for helping us make memories!!! If you are looking for a place to stay, I can’t recommend this resort more!!!

Exceptional resort and service
This resort deserves all the glowing reviews it gets. It’s beautiful with exceptional service Demi our concierge and the rest of the staff made our experience spectacular. The small touches for our anniversary were great . If I had one critique for the designers connect the social and infinity pools so you can swim from the social pool to the swim up bar

Recent trip to Playa Blanca
New Secrets property just north of Cancun. The architecture and decor were impeccable. We had very good service as well with Demi, our concierge, a highlight. Food and drinks were all excellent with a wide variety at the breakfast buffet and very good entrees at all of the restaurants. We would definitely return.

The Staff
The staff were so remarkable in all areas of the resort. Very helpful, and courteous. On the day that I arrived, my suitcase could not been found. So, Raul Vazquez said he would find it and bring it to my room. He was helpful during my week stay. I do feel that the Company pressured me in becoming a member on the second day.
