I went in mid April of 2025 with my wife. The experience was enjoyable and luxurious. The staff were SUPER friendly, attentive, well informed, and patient to help us. The food was delicious and high quality. Their beach was like paradise. The sand was white and super fine and the water was clear and calm. The view from the room was priceless. Everywhere you look, they have people working and willing to help you. They even have butlers at each building to help you (a special thanks to Demi and Belen, the butlers from my building). They have a while bunch of restaurants and of many kinds. Whatever food you like, they have it. They have 2 people working at the gym to keep it clean. One of them, Anahin, is an amazing trainer as well. She did a special session with my wife, and my wife loved it.

Perfect vacation in April 2025
This new resort leaves nothing to be desired. We stayed there for 11 nights in April and had a wonderful time. Our Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View in building 3 was always clean and was always kept in top condition with two cleanings by the housekeeping. In general, the entire hotel staff is super friendly and always eager to make your time as pleasant as possible. I would particularly like to highlight our butlers Ana Durante and Miguel Rodriguez, who really gave their all to make our vacation unforgettable with their helpfulness and friendliness. We also received excellent service at the pool from both the service staff and the waiters. The food and drinks were also of very good quality and we were always very satisfied. In addition to the many different restaurants, there was also an extensive buffet at various events (Mexico party, fire show) at the respective venue. From our point of view, this resort is an absolute recommendation.

Amazing experience
The stay was amazing. Staff was all extremely friendly, rooms and resprt were kept so clean. Customer service was top notch. Food and drinks were so good and a great variety of options. Room service was quick and delicious. The beach was pretty busy so hard to find open chairs at times but the staff was there to let you know when some opened

Perfect honeymoon experience
We had an amazing time, pool, beach & restaurants were great but the staff were second to none with customer service. From the bar staff who are very friendly & accommodating, Ana & Miguel our butlers who were always there to support us when needed but Henry who served us by the pool was truly great, fantastic service & a very friendly person who made each day special while staying at the resort.

Raul Suazo is the best concierge we have ever had on a vacation. Very much personable and the ultimate professional! The resort is great and staff even better. Can’t wait to visit again for our birthdays soon. From check in to check out we were treated great.
