We had a spectacular time at this Secrets, this is our fourth within the Secrets family, and by far the best! The property is beautiful and almost like a maze, with more jungle secluded areas and a spectacular beach with white sand and bright blue water! Our butlers, Gustavo and Duran, were such a sweet addition to our experience. They made a point to check in everyday to see if we needed anything. They executed all of our request with joy! I would be certain to request them the next time I go, because they are a great team. The spa is very pretty and relaxing.

No Secret! Secrets Playa Blanca is exceptional!
March was extremely lucky for us as we had an exceptionally good time in this resort. This being my second visit, all was immensely improved! Our UVC Member Services Team (Malena, Rubi and Julio) was phenomenal in ensuring our stay surpassed our expectations. The generosity of a room upgrade, spa discounts and the complimentary Bali bed was very much appreciated and enjoyed. The resort is beautiful with several pools. Our favorite was the Preferred Pool where our attentive servers were Lupe, Aramis and Cesar. Our meals were excellent in all restaurants and the service by Miguel and Luis (El Patio), Miguel (Bordeaux), Roberto (Sea Side Grill), Antonio (Market Cafe), Angel (Himitsu) and Cesar (Coco Cafe) was super. The Entertainment Team Members (Didiel, Celeste, and Raquel) were fun and encouraged us to paint hats/beach sea view, exercise, tie bracelets and dance! Spa - Diana and Estela gave great massages. Our butlers (Ana and Eddy) happily and speedily fulfilled any request we had. Daily they checked in with us, sent the day's activities and reminded us of the appointments we scheduled. We looked forward to their smiles and kindnesses. Having fostered relationships with Malena, Julio, Rubi, Ana and Eddy, we now call them friends.

MUST VISIT
4 night stay, and it wasn’t enough. This resort has it all! The rooms were spotless, the beds so comfortable, awesome views even with a standard view room. Loved the different pools. Bali-bed rentals with private service if you’re looking for quiet relaxation!The beach was breathtaking. Each restaurant was fabulous, showcasing amazing food from French to hibachi! And the service, I can’t say enough how pleasant every, single, resort employee we came across was. They are genuinely happy you’re there, and do all that they can to make your stay the best it can be! This is THE adult only all inclusive hotel. Secrets Mexico is the place to go!

Fantastic week
Leticia and Bernie were our concierge and they were fantastic! Making reservations for us, keeping us informed of the day’s activities and keeping our room clean and stocked! Loved the resort and all the staff were so friendly and attentive The preferred lounge bar drinks were the best, the bartenders were super friendly and fun-always making special drinks for us

A great relaxing, fun filled resort
Put this resort on your travel list... Newer property about an hour north of the airport. My first take away is of the staff. From check in to check out. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and very accomadating. If you're going to relax, this adult-only resort is a big postive. A huge shout out to our butlers Belen and Daniel who really made the week a wonderful experience. All of your little extras made it well worth upgrading our room with a swimout pool. THANK YOU BOTH. Our room was perfect. Comfortable beds and clean. The restaurants were good and of course the staff were great. The entire resort, rooms and pools were very clean, well kept and enjoyable. Already have this on our list to return.
