We don’t really do all inclusive as we like the freedom to explore. Did this for a friend’s wedding. If you like all inclusive then it was great. Everything is laid on. It’s just not our thing

This sadly has the most unprofessional staff. They are rude and not willing to help. I would not recommend this . Sadly it was a group of 50 of us and each and everyone had an issue . One family in our party had a family of 3 and they didn’t give her a room with 2 beds as she had requested on the reservation. The front desk told her to lay her daughter on the floor

Lack of accountability and poor hygiene
Nice resort however our stay spoiled by 1. In room safe battery was dead and reported this five times during our stay. In one instance waited in room at the time requested and no one turned up. Finally gave up! In conversation with other guest, they had similar experience 2. Food poisioning - happened to a couple of us, from mild to severe on different days and different restaurants. Not acceptable!

The food was really well seasoned and Esteban gave us a great show! The portions for the meats and vegetables were enough as well and the rice was really good! Also the service for the drinks was great all the servers were nice and the drinks were really good too!

Exceptional stay!!
We had an incredible family trip. And enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. The beach is so gorgeous, the water is warm and the service is exceptional. At the beach Dionisio was funny, engaging and attentive to our needs and brought round after round of drinks. Great service and great drinks. Thank you.
