Shandan has been outstanding in his position as host for pool/fitness. He is always polite, helpful and kind towards us. He has made us feel right at home and very welcomed whilst relaxing by the pool. He is an outstanding ambassador for Outrigger Paradise and we hope to see him again on our next visit.

Great Staff!
Shandan was very attentive, a very nice guy. He was very helpful, great employee! Also to Xi Li, the housekeeper on our floor (17) during my trip, she was very kind and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. The front desk was also great! Just in general, the staff at this hotel were amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great staff at Paradise hotel
Great location. Rooms are large and comfortable. Room Service staff Yeu Wah was great always helpful and such a friendly lady. Pool and fitness attendant Shandan was so helpful and friendly , getting a poolside cabana was no problem for our family easter hat making activity. Thank you to everyone we will be back again in 2026 for our annual family holiday.

Amazing experience at the Outrigger Paradise!
The pool/fitness host Shandan was amazing!!! The gym equipment was incredible and the pool facilities were great! The service from all of the staff at the Outrigger Paradise was commendable. We will definitely be back in 2026 for our annual family trip.

AMAZING stay and people at Paradise!
Amazing stay - Just like home, but in the middle of the Waikiki scene! This hotel is CLEAN and QUIET-the two things I need when I'm away from home. Shoutout to Angie at the front desk and GM Kiana Biemes for making me feel welcome and safe as a solo traveler. I will definitely stay again!
