Very poor service Star class is not worth the additional expenses The Indian was horrendous. We had no cutlery and the food was poor quality and to make the experience worse the food was stone cold . Why pay additional money for a privileged service when it is as poor as you can get . I have been to Cancun 14 times and this is the worst hotel and valuer money I have experienced . Do your homework there is better value in Cancun other than living on a brand name

Reviews are based on individual opinions, from reading the reviews prior to going to the hotel, I kept an open mind on what to expect. We paid a bit extra to be in the adult only section of the hotel, we have no kids so it made sense! The rooms are nice but they could do with a bit of TLC- we didn’t spend too much time in the room so it didn’t really bother us. The sun beds around the adult only pool are a bit of an issue, there isn’t enough beds or parasols to cater for the volume of people wanting to be around the pool. People would be down from as early as 5am to put their towels out and not appear until after lunch. I did witness a couple of people move peoples things to claim the beds as their own… so be aware of this. There’s a lack of drinks menus around the bars- so unless you know what you want - good luck on the drinks front! The swim up bar to this pool was lovely, we had an awesome lady who ran the drinks around the pool (I didn’t catch her name!) she was quick on the rounds and checked if we needed a top up often. The buffet could certainly do with more staff, they were all great who we met but seemed so understaffed! The food on offered at breakfast, lunch and dinner had a good variety including gluten free. At breakfast you can have an omelette made to your liking, but expect a small wait for this as it’s a popular choice. The coffee shop ‘fuel’ was good, busy during peak times but if you want coffee that much you won’t mind the wait. The gym was clean, but busy during peak times. The best restaurant for us was Sunset - Edgar and Luis were fantastic and really made our last night special. We loved the brisket and the tomahawk steak. For lunch we often went to the catch (adult side). There was a variety of food not just fish dishes and Hernan was friendly and chatty. The lazy river is awesome - you do need to walk round to the river to find the floats.. Overall it was a lovely break and the staff are kind and do what they can to make your stay comfortable.

Nothing was too much for the staffs to do for you .The food was superb It was a really relaxed period for me. So many places to enjoy yourself without going out of the resort for the whole 6 days that I was there was no dull moment. Lots of people around but you do not disturb each other .

Amazing
Karina was great at making sure we had everything we needed. She checked in on us every few days and made sure we were having fun. She gave us great suggestions for cocktails and the flo Rida. She also gave us great suggestions for activities to do outside the resort too. She was great service

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting we came hire for my daughters wedding but has also been a great holiday, Karina my Mexican daughter from Planet Play has sorted us with everything we enjoyed the splatter, the trampoline area, the flow rider and has helped us very much and has been amazing. rooms are great and room service and cleaners have been great
