The grand entrance, with lights, music and cheers from the staff, when you first arrive catch you off guard but make you feel welcomed. The resort is clean and beautiful and it has a terrific beach. The food was there were enough dining options to fill up each night of our visit. The staff were always friendly but there were theee standouts: Karla, our waitress at the Brazilian restaurant and Edwar and Angel, our butler staff for our visit. Edwar and Angel checked in with us every day and were always willing to make sure we had the dining reservations we wanted and assisted us with anything we needed during our stay. They were always smiling and helping!

Ralph and Wendy and Ruth and Allison and Karina at the kids club were amazing!! Our daughter had the best time!!

Flow Rider
Xavier and Joaquin at Flow Rider were awesome! Super interactive with the kids and adults trying to learn! It was my son’s favorite spot, it is $40 for the day but in my opinion it’s totally worth it.

Awesome place awesome bartenders
Went down for a wedding January 2026, resort was very nice. My brother and I spent most of our time at the lazy river Blue Lagoon Bar with Diego and Josue as our bartenders, they were great! Super friendly and made the whole thing a great experience! If you are going down there make sure you go see them!

Wonderful experience for the family
Mafer and Juan provided exceptional service from the day we arrived at the resort until we left. They were very responsive to our requests and helped us secure dinner reservations at the various a la carte restaurants on the resort. Great lazy river, but jacuzzis weren't warm/hot and not all had jets working. Excellent entertainment for children and adults from staff such as Ralph and Luisa, and the Mariachi band. Clean beach and nice rooms but not much shelf space and only mirrors in the washroom.
- Advisorylease be advised that the local government of Quintana Roo, Mexico, has updated the Environmental Sanitation Tax. Effective immediately, this tax will be charged at $33.94 Mexican pesos per guest per night.
