Our stay was lovely. We were a group of 4 girls that love to lounge, read, and have a little bit of fun. The resort was peaceful enough to relax but exciting enough to have a great time at pool parties and the theater. Our favorite people: Angel and Edwar - our fabulous butlers David and Victor - adult side swim up bartenders Karen and Alex - photographers Blanca, Daniel, and Rodrigo - cabana attendants What we ate: Braza Steakhouse - 7/10 Indian - 7.5/10 Gusto Italian 7.5/10 Teppanyaki 10/10 Breakfast every day: buffet + Fuel for coffee (yes there’s always a line but the ladies working are so nice and we didn’t mind waiting) 8/10 Room: Star Class Adult Side - Junior Suite Swim Up in building 11. Room was great but swim out suite wasn’t worth it imo, the pool is freezing and doesn’t get any sun. Next time we’ll just do an ocean view on a higher floor! Our butlers Angel and Edwar were AMAZING and very attentive and helpful. Booked all our dinner reservations, answered our questions, and escorted us each night to our meals. They also booked our cabana and spa appointments. 10/10 would recommend star class and Angel and Edwar!!! Cabana: Rented cabana 11 at Star Class pool on Saturday Great experience. We were there from 10-5 and had dedicated staff making sure we had everything we needed. Lunch platter was included with a variety of foods like hot dogs, burgers, chicken fingers, fries, etc. stocked mini fridge. Other stuff: Delicious Shots: Mexican candy, cheesecake, scooby doo Hydrotherapy - free session for star class guests building 14 on adults side has snacks all the time! Get to the pool early if you want chairs in the sun. If you wake up at 7, go watch the sunrise on the beach! Tacos by the adult side pool are delish! The pools (in January) were cold. Solution: have a few drinks and dance! You’ll warm up fast :) There are a few cats and lots of lizards on property. They’ll leave you alone but they are there!

Angel & Edwar deserve 100000000000 stars
Edwar and Angel were absolutely amazing!!! They made our trip relaxing and smooth!! Any time we needed something, they had prompt responses and quick suggestions. Service was outstanding and every single person we interacted with at the resort were so accommodating and wonderful.

Amazing girls trip at Planet Hollywood!
My friends and I took our first ever girls trip to Planet Hollywood and it was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our butlers, Edwar and Angel were great with helping us (whether we needed help with something, or just had a random question). Top notch service!

Frank/Fanny/Victor Star Class Butlers
We had an amazing experience at the resort, on our second trip here that was in large part from the extremely amazing service from our team of Victor, Fanny and Frank. They made our experience exceptional and helped us each and every day with anything we needed. Truly can’t recommend this team enough. Thank you for the exceptional service and experience!!! 🙏🙏🙏😊
