May 20, 2025The best beach vacation ever! 🏖️
Our trip was phenomenal! Star class Adult Scene is the way to go! We felt welcomed at all times! Especially due to our amazing butlers Edwar & Angel, Enrique at the Star class Bar & Grill & Gaby at the PH Spa! They all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Their customer service skills are outstanding! We felt safe at all times, which is very important when you travel with your daughters. We took the excursion to Isla Mujeres and our butler Angel made sure we got on the right van for our excursion. The island was amazing but I made the huge mistake of ordering a shrimp cocktail that made me really sick. The guys on the boat were kind and made sure to give me ice chips and sat me on the edge of the boat while I 🤮. One guy stood next to me and made sure I wouldn’t fall over while doing so. As we were riding back to the resort we reached out to our butler Edwar & he met us at the front door with an ice pack and offered a wheelchair. I was fine after a couple of hours thankfully and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. These people are caring and provide the most professional customer service. Thank you to all and especially Edwar & Angel!! Blessings always!!!

Wonderful food and service at Gusto's
The Gusto Restaurant was a wonderful experience for us.. The waiter Abraham went far and beyone our expectations.. He was very helpful in explaining the Menu and prompt and very attentive to our table.. The food was excellent and we loved the dancers.. Definitely will go back next time we visit... Big shout out to the staff at this Restaurant.... Thank You Abraham for your kindness and great service. May 14, 2025

Excellent All Inclusive
We had the best time! There was so much to do and we had such a great time, we actually booked another night instead of checking out. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Jerry at the front desk went above and beyond and helped us stay in the same room when we decided to stay an extra day. Christian and Caesar were the best bartenders and we had the best drinks and shots. The entertainment was top notch and Nando made the pool so much fun. The entire spa experience was great. Jasmine and Diana were great masseuses. Sergio was very helpful and welcoming. The service at East was the best and we really enjoyed the sushi. This hotel is excellent especially for the price. Great value.

Best resort ever
My family and I went as a girls trip and it was the best vacation ever! We were star class members and Edwin and Angel were amazing butlers. They really helped schedule our dinners every night and if we needed anything they were there. The resort was beautiful and they had great food options. I’m lactose intolerant and every restaurant will ask if they are any allergies or intolerance to be able to adjust your meals. I definitely recommend planet Hollywood!
