josefat is the worlds greatest bartender. very kind and makes great mojitos, funny guy and you can tell he loves his job. the bracelets are so kind. made our trip a 10/10. love his energy and enthusiasm. would come again for him. just a great man overall

Lobby Bar
Rogelin and Alejandro Julio have been great so far at the Lobby bar, really great service. They have been very timely with the drink and have had great service all around, I would definitely recommend this bar and resort to everyone just because of these men.

Rogelin was the best bartender at the resort. He made sure our drinks were made right and he was not stingy with the alcohol. This resorts bar service is one of the best. The drinks are always good and if you do not like they will remake the drinks.

Masterful cocktails from Jozefat
In our weeklong visit to the Royalton Riviera Cancun, the BEST cocktails we had were crafted by Jozefat, at his small bar cart in the main lobby. We made Jozefat’s small bar a daily stop during our vacation. He paired each cocktail with warm greetings, smiles and thoughtfulness that are all too rare these days. We highly recommend his mojitos (which he makes equally tasty without alcohol upon request) although every glass he pours is delicious. iSalud!

Wedding - April 2025
My husband and I had our destination wedding here April 2025 with 25 guests. Ilse did an excellent job bringing our dream wedding to fruition, it was incredible! The stay was great too - only recommendations would be to get pool/beach chairs early and make dinner reservations ASAP if interested as they fill up quick!
