This is my family’s and my third time coming. We stayed for just over 2 weeks. This year I went to the cafe and gym facility way more than I ever have. Zero complains the cafe has great coffee and the service is great. In the mornings the line is long but the employees work their hardest to make everything go smoothly, they have great costumer service as well. Thank you all! As for the gym, they had a wide arrangement of machines and weights as well as boxing bags and more. I had a great experience with the staff there as well. Always friendly.

Jan 18, 2026Diamond Club Not Honored – Stressful Experience with a Baby
This was the worst vacation we have had, and we travel often. We were traveling with our 14-month-old and specifically paid extra for a Diamond Club swim-out room, but upon arrival were placed in a room outside of the Diamond Club section. Because of our child’s nap and sleep schedule, we spend a lot of time in our room. Two days into our stay we raised concerns. Our original room (7119) was north-facing with no sun, had broken tiles, missing grout, and was not properly cleaned. While private, it was clearly not an upgraded Diamond Club room. The process of changing rooms was extremely frustrating and poorly managed, especially with a baby. We were told a move was arranged, only to be told the next morning there was no record of it. We were then expected to check out for several hours with no access to our belongings. Even after further discussion, we were taken to a different room than promised—again north-facing and overlooking the main entertainment area, despite being told it would be loud. I then spent over an hour at Diamond Club reception while staff spoke amongst themselves, appearing irritated, which made me feel ignored and undervalued. This is not the level of service expected from Diamond Club. Eventually we were moved to room 5103, which was significantly larger and clearly the true Diamond Club upgrade. This only highlighted that we had originally been placed in a standard room despite paying for an upgrade. The first three days of our vacation were spent dealing with room issues that should never have occurred. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a resort that markets itself as family-friendly and premium.

Had an amazing time at this resort, Claudio and Wibert at the diamond club pool to David Lopez at Grazie where we typically had lunch. Everyone was super friendly throughout our stay. One night we did have an issue with one of the Bae tenders being extremely rude to my wife but spoke to Mario (Diamond Club Manager) about the inccident. We received sincere apologies and the bartender was spoken to and in my mind taken care of. Thank you to Butler's Brenda and Eliu for everything you did for us. You both were remarkable. Loved the nightly entertainment. My family had a fantastic time.
