This was my fourth all inclusive to Mexico, first with Royalton. There is a certain formula that all the resorts seem to follow. This one had worse concierge experience that the Dreams hotels we have stayed at before, requiring 3 calls to get a crib brought up and a very long line (1 hour wait) at the check in. The food has met expectations. The yoga instructors did a pretty decent job remembering sun salutation flow sequences, but you can tell they are generalist fitness instructors not yoga-specific trained instructors. No hot tubs for any of the regular guests, which sucked on one of the tropical storm days. Slides are pretty extensive. Overall, I hope to go back to Dreams before back to Royalton because the water park didn't holdv they much extra value for me.

Service in the Ma Maison restaurant was the best I have experienced in Mexico. Xavier took the time the connect with us, listen to our questions and made excellent suggestions. We enjoyed every course and his service. The food was also lovely 😍

Antonio the great
If you want to have a great experience eating at Royalton Splash you have to go check out Smoke. What made it more of an experience was our waiter Antonio, he was the best, always pleasant and kind and always had everything for you quickly. All around great time thank you Antonio

Arturo and Armando at the Zev were just the best!
Arturo at the Zen worked so hard! We also had Armando as our waiter. They cared about my dietary restrictions. Grateful to have had them.

the hotel is nice, i was upset because my daughter (3y) couldn’t do the trampoline park and bowling bc it was 4 and older, the food was basic, theSMOKE BBQ restaurant was the best, our waiter ANTONIO was really nice and helpful and attentive. They do have daily activities which is good, they have a kids club but parents can’t stay so that was a no for me.
