Time and time again, Grand Velas Los Cabos continues to exceed our expectations. This was our third stay at the resort, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The resort truly embodies a five-star experience. The grounds are immaculately maintained, the property is lush and beautifully tropical, and the rooms are both elegant and comfortable. The dining was absolutely outstanding, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and delicious. What truly sets this resort apart for our family is its exceptional attention to children. The kids’ club was phenomenal, and the nanny service for our youngest was incredibly professional and attentive, giving us complete peace of mind. Carla and Cynthia were especially wonderful and made such a positive impact on our experience. If you’re seeking a luxurious, family-friendly resort that delivers excellence in every detail, I cannot recommend Grand Velas Los Cabos enough. Highly Recommended — Great Planning and Great Suggestions
We had a wonderful experience working with Alexis. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly organized. He provided us with daily schedules that included everything we needed (hotel planning, timing, and activity suggestions), and his recommendations were excellent. We ended up doing activities we might not have found on our own, and every day flowed smoothly because of his thoughtful planning. If you want a trip that feels effortless and well-curated, Alexis is the person to work with.

Incredible service at an exquisite property
This trip was truly a dream!! The property is stunning, the food is delicious, and the service is beyond! Before our trip began our personal concierge Alexis reached out to introduce himself and let us know he’d be assisting with all of our needs. Whether in person or via text Alexis was always readily available. He ensured our room was stocked with snacks and drinks for us and also special milk and snacks for the kids as well as child sized robes and slippers. We booked a boat trip to go whale watching and Alexis’s coordinated boxed lunches and drinks for us to take with us. He checked in through out the day to update us on our dinner reservations and see if we needed anything. Poolside Alberto and Isabel were fantastic and always anticipating our needs and providing excellent service. The Kids Club was a blast - our kids kept asking to go and had the best time. All of our dinners were amazing - especially our service from Walberto at Frida. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Paradise found!
We just returned from 3 amazing days at Grand Velas Cabo’s. We were able to arrange private transportation (thru hotel)waiting for us at airport and had dinner reservations pre booked. The food at the resort is excellent! We enjoyed the breakfast with every food you can imagine. Our favorite night time restaurant was Lucca. If you like short rib, highly recommend. There is a beautiful outdoor bar that you can sit by fire pits which we all really enjoyed. Service at the pool was very attentive. Shout out to Diego who took great care of us. Finally, I asked Andias( our concierge) if he could do a little bday surprise for my daughter in law. She was surprised with a beautiful balloon set up with champagne and a dessert. So special!! We were so sad to leave and can not wait to return!

Perfect Resort for Families!
We had an amazing stay at this resort and can’t recommend it enough, especially for families with young kids. It is incredibly family-friendly—they truly think of everything. The resort provided all the baby essentials we needed, including a crib, high chair, stroller, and even milk stocked in the fridge, which made traveling with a little one so much easier and stress-free. A huge highlight of our stay was our personal concierge, Ana. She was exceptionally kind, supportive, and incredibly responsive. Ana went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable. From answering questions quickly to helping with special requests, she genuinely made us feel cared for and at ease. Another big plus is that the resort offers onsite babysitters and a kids club, which is such a game-changer for parents who want a little downtime while knowing their children are in great hands. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations and made traveling as a family feel easy, relaxing, and special. We would absolutely stay here again.
