Nice
Nice but hot tub too hot. Wifi didn't work well. Had to connect using an old phone and tether to our other devices. WiFi would not reconnect on its own after we came back to room. Mini golf and pool nice. Room had fridge, coffee pot and tea kettle. A microwave was $50 for duration of stay

Awesome spring break trip
Friendly staff, walking distance every where. One short block to swimmable beach. Breakfast buffet was ok. Rooms were clean and in excellent condition. Pool and spa were easily accessible, clean, bar and food was delicious. Overall more than I expected 🌺

Nice hotel just three minutes walk from Waikiki beach.
We were confused between this hotel and the more famous Hilton Hawaiian village resort complex. Initially disappointed when we discovered our mistake. However when we did visit the Hilton Hawaiian village we realised we had got the best at the Hilton Waikiki hotel and spa. the village seemed far too busy for our liking. Lovely efficient valet parking and reception staff. Perfect rooms. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed it every day during our stay. The service was excellent including that from their robot. A few negatives - the tour desk were hard sell. Thankfully we didn’t take their advice. Told us the only way to visit the Arizona memorial was to book a trip with them for a 07:30 departure. We drove out to Pearl Harbour at midday and got a boat to the memorial at 13:30 all for free. We did pay $39 at the harbour for the Missouri that afternoon. The tour desk advised against the Polynesian Cultural centre saying it was far too big for a short visit. Luckily we ignored that comment and did the visit ourselves. Had we not we would have missed a super venue showing reconstructions of villages from across Polynesia. Then the best buffet you could imagine and an amazing show of fire and dance that was the highlight of our trip to Hawaii. The bar was certainly not what Conrad Hilton would have wanted for his guests. In fairness it seemed to be the norm at Waikiki hotels but I did expect better at a Hilton. The bar closed at 22:30 or earlier most evenings. Friday was advertised as 23:00 closing. We arrived at 22:20 and ordered a round of drinks. We were informed the bar was closing so that was the last service. When I pointed out that closing was 23:00 the bartender did agree to another round but served in plastic glasses. All in all a good place to stay in a central location and in spite of my few negative notes I would certainly highly recommend it.

Glad we chose this hotel!!!
We arrived at the hotel on day 1 at 12:30pm and were able to check in early. My daughters and I were able to get out to the beach and start our vacation fun immediately. The room was clean, have very comfortable queen beds, excellent air conditioning, and black out curtains. We had an amazing view of the beach from our room on the 29th floor. Our accommodations included free WiFi, daily use of one boogie board or surf board, and free towels for pool or beach use. The restaurant food was very good and we happened to be there for lunch during the filming of a Japanese TV show which we got to be part of. The staff we dealt with were all friendly and provided excellent service. Dexter was particularly excellent in helping us enjoy our stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach but located near several restaurants and Target nearby. I would stay here again. My 12 year old daughters loved it too.

Dated and not the cleanest place.
This is my 5th time at the hotel in over a decade. The hotel looks the same as it did a decade ago and does not look like it has been upgraded. It is absolutely not a resort. More a convention type of hotel. To room is full of dust and the couch in the room had a big stain and rips along with a urine smell. When reporter they did all possible to clean the stain. Housekeeping is ok but towels have some white and some graying from lots of use though they are clean. Whoever designed the bathroom needs a lesson on designs since the idea of the shower door opening onto the toilet plus it’s a big step down when the shower floor is slippery was don’t without much thinking. We booked on a discounted site to get a lower rate, and because of that they would not honor our status with Hilton. The room had no water in it to drink besides the tap in the bathroom in dusty glasses by the ice bucket which is also dusty. The tv though is a large screen Samsung unit is not a smart tv, rather they want you to rent dvd’s in the lobby to watch movies if you don’t like the programs on the local tv stations. Common Hilton you are in 2025 and not 2000. Bfst at mac 24/7 is ok but they cut the menu down and a lot of items no longer available and don’t think y out can eat here at midnight or 5am in case you have an early flight. They really need to rename the restaurant. Overall this was our last stay at this hotel since why stay somewhere they don’t update for years.
