Hideaway Nov 2024
This is our third time at the Hideaway resort. Each time it gets better. The food is excellent, so many restaurants to choose to eat from and the buffet is great on its own. The rooms are clean and spacious, the room location didn’t matter to me, as I just used it to sleep and get ready. The entertainment Vibe team at the Hideaway is amazing. They keep you entertained and engaged throughout the day. Karla is the best dancer and Ernesto kept me busy with Civeche lessons and a keepsake bracelet. Alfredo the Hideaway Pool guy is amazing. Always willing to help with towels and to find you the prefect place to relax. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax and have fun.

Great hotel and services their food has slipped from a few years ago but all in all don't hesitate to book. Entertainment is good but Teppanyaki restaurant disappointed this time as compared to previous years. Staff is good and we enjoyed our stay. Don't worry about all the negative reviews you will find that at any all inclusive.

My partner and I had the loveliest time in the hideaway. Restaurants were good ( reservations were hard to get) but the star of our bar experience was JUAN in the hideaway!!! I believe he works night shifts. He has been the best, we didn’t even have to tell him what we wanted to drink. He already knew. I would recommend this resort and specifically the hideaway because of Juan alone. Also, the bartender on the main coffee bar makes AMAZING espresso martinis. Resort is good, but the staff makes it great.

Hideaway pool, family holiday
Loved our stay here, especially the entertainment around the hideaway pool. Big thanks to Ernesto and Karla for making our time here so fun! Also Joel around the pool for keeping our drinks topped up constantly! We also participated in activities across the resort (gym/other pools)
