We had a very relaxing time at JOIA Bávaro resort in Punta Cana, DR. The room was comfortable and clean. Cofe and Reynaldo were very helpful as our butlers. The service was very good and staff were attentive to our requests. Bienvenido was very friendly and helped make our experience memorable.

Nice resort, good vacation!
Nice weather! The staff were very attentive, the food options were diverse. If you like cats, there were a few locals that live on the property that are friendly and let you pet!

Great time!
The trip was relaxing and everyone was helpful! Our butlers were amazing, Cofe and Reynaldo. The weather was awesome for the whole trip and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The spa gives amazing massages!

Fantastic Mother/Daughter Beach Vacation
Had a fantastic mother/daughter trip to the Dominican!!! Bienvenido and Danilo were very helpful with anything needed and truly made our experience memorable! I highly recommend and we will be back to enjoy the great service, food, beach and atmosphere

Great Honeymoon!
Absolutely loved this resort! The swim up suite was completely worth the upgrade and the room was perfect. All of the facilities were very well maintained and we were extremely impressed by the number of cabanas by the pool. The food was also the best that we have had at an all inclusive resort. We loved American (Friday), Italian (Wednesday), and Gala (Thirsday) nights at the buffet. We also highly recommend the Japanese and Italian restaurants. My only complaint is that the app is inaccurate when it comes to which restaurant is open every day, so make sure to talk to your butler or staff to confirm what is open for dinner. We were originally told that we would not be able to make reservations at the neighboring resorts but were able to walk up to Il Forno at the Selection Bavaro and get a table. The ice cream stand and shops at the other resorts are also worth the walk over. All of the staff were very kind and attentive, but you do unfortunately have to be very firm and a bit rude with the people trying to get you to participate in the time share presentation in order to get out of it. Most importantly, make sure you’re at the pool for 3:30 bingo every day - its a blast! We will absolutely be back to Iberostar resorts in the future!
