We stayed at this resort in February 2025. I was pleasantly surprised with our stay after reading so many negative reviews before going. The view from our room was amazing! Our room was clean and spacious and they are constantly cleaning the grounds. We were staying at this resort for an Anniversary trip and it was nice to have our anniversary recognized with in-room desserts and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The food was hit or miss and needs to be warmer. Service can also be slow. We waited a long time at Portofino's only for them to mess up my entree. We were glad that we were able to order off a preferred menu for breakfast and lunch as we were preferred guests. We just wish we were able to order sooner than 8:00 for breakfast. The pool is great and the beach area, although very small, was lovely. The beach/pool chairs do need replacing as a lot are tattered and torn. The towels, although plenty, are also on the thin side. Staff at the resort were helpful and friendly. Special shout outs to our maid (Azucena) who made sure our room was cleaned daily and always asked to make sure we had everything we wanted and Fook-tai (resort medical personnel). They both went above and beyond. We, unfortunately, had an accident at the resort that required going to the hospital. Fook-tai took us in his own vehicle, stayed with us during hospital check in and came to pick us up when we were done. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately the reviews didn’t reflect how bad things would be at the resort. The three pros were the staff in preferred lounge, Desiree and the young server from Aruba (can’t remember her name ) in the Italian restaurant. Thanks guys! Cons: -Lack of good customer service -No a/c in first room -Beach bar (make shift beach bar) open 1/5 days I was there. -No preferred pool or area like other dreams I’ve visited. -Paid for ocean view, but first room give was partial. -No wash clothes most days -No traditional buffet,food was prepared and places in servers in the middle of the area for guest to serve themselves. : staff was awesome in buffet -Weight at restaurants to receive food was average 2hr wait once seated Desiree was as helpful as she could be with resolving issues. Met with the manager he also was helpful at the end of trip. Resort may be worth the value after making some major changes.

The total experience was great and met my expectations for a first timer at the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the food was quite good. The room and all facilities were clean, and the entertainment was good. I loved the options of use of a different restaurant each night to have dinner.

Lovely place to vacay!
My daughter and I took a girls trip and had a blast, the staff was great, resort was beautiful. The food was buffet was nice and the hotel had nightly entertainment. We will definately vacation here again and look forward to returning in the near future.

Beautiful Resort
Beautiful location, excellent view from ocean side rooms. The room was very nice, king size bed was quite comfortable. The infinity pool is great, beach is small but gorgeous. 4 restaurants on the resort, not all are open everyday and food is okay. We would stay here again, loved our stay!
