Nice hotel
Stacey was amazing at check in. She wanted to make our trip special and gave recommendations. She was so friendly and kind. First room we received had no A/C. We were able to be switched to a different room with working A/C. We just had to continuously be killing bugs on the countertops. Overall, the hotel is very nice and the views are incredible.

Family of 3 for luau
FORD WAS AMAZING! Literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had the best time and he made us feel so special! I would 12/10 recommend this venue for a luau and getting in touch with Ford for anything you need! This night was literally perfect for our family.

Excellent Stay!!
Our stay was amazing. Stacey, Ford, Virginia, John, Althea, Kenny, Ray, Vilma and Maggie made our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The food was fresh and tasty at the hotel. There was a free shuttle to the local Whaler's Village were we purchased souvenirs and enjoyed more delicious meals. We look forward to returning in the future. Aloha and Mahalo.

We had an awesome stay!!
We always enjoy our stay at Royal Lahaina. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. We love to stay in the bungalows. Our suite was very nice and clean. If we needed anything, they were so prompt in bringing soap or an extra towel. The pools and grounds are very enjoyable. The beach is so clear and pretty. At night we like to go crab hunting and watch the beautiful sunsets. It is an easy walk to Whalers Village and Restaurants. The resort has very convenient restaurants on site.

Mostly a wonderful stay!
We really did enjoy our accommodations. We stayed in a waterfront bungalow which had the best view of the ocean and beach. The beach was beautiful and a great place to be in the water. Only complaint I have about the property is the extra surcharges which I think are extreme seeing you have already paid quite a bit for your stay. $35 a day for parking, $40 a day resort fee. All beach equipment is extra. Chairs and umbrellas $75 a day. Basically all you get is a towel. We did not eat at the restaurant at all because the dinner menu offered nothing we liked. Nothing basic, all Asian which is too bad because all the restaurants you had to either walk quite a ways or take a shuttle. It would have been nice to stay right at the property and have dinner.
