Decilia’s drink bar has amazing drinks! The drink is a very nice and unique specialties are delicious! She took her time and prepared it to perfection, her service is outstanding. It is right by nightlife which has an amazing atmosphere around and her bar should flourish nicely.

Great Restaurant and service
Lovely italian restaurant Gusto, waiter Ysmael was fantastic looked after us very well. The restaurant is in a lovely location and the view from outside is beautiful. Great choice on the menu and food was lovely.we have been twice now and already booked to come back a third time.

May 15, 2025Worst place in Cancun
First off , I booked the start package because it was all they had left. When I arrived to the resort, I wasn’t greeted with a drink by a host, buty family on general booking was. Then I checked in at 10am there was supposed to be a personal assistant for the room, that I didn’t meet until 3 when my friend arrived. Once the personal assistant came, I wasn’t greeted told that they over sold the star rooms, so I wouldn’t be in the building that I would be in a regular building. No compensation for that. Then they gave me a hard time about putting in a room next to my family. Once I get to the room, it was only a kind bed. Asked them several times to pull the sofa bed out. Unsuccessful. Bugs in the room. You have to keep emptying the dehumidifier or the room would heat up and the floors would start sweating. It was supposed to be adult, but there were kids everywhere. Personal assistant yea ok.They charged you more for regular rooms. But the spa was an amazing place. With all the other bull going on that place was amazing!!! Not recommended at all.

BEST PLACE TO BE IN MEXICO
I came from the UK to celebrate my Aunty’s 60th and also my birthday next week. I really enjoyed my time at Planet Hollywood, all the staff are so polite and attentive and the food aswell is amazing. I really enjoyed the Indian restaurant and thought the food was super authentic. I’d really recommend the gym, I went every morning either for a run or Mat Pilates, the staff especially Benn were super helpful and always there to support with any questions I had. Made it a really nice space to be in. Best holiday I’ve had in ages!!

Great time
Beautiful place great gym and gym staff “Arleth” and food and buffet, love the coffee shop and lazy river. The beach and sand was amazing and the kids loved the pools and slides. Would definitely recommend this place for families and couples
