My wife and I had an incredible first trip to Mexico with Cosentino for C.Next Fabricators 2026. Immediately upon arriving, everything was handled with a level of care and warmth that we were blown away. Every individual we spoke with was immediately courteous and excited to help make our stay a memorable one. The room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was so incredible, we went to sleep with the glass doors open every night just to hear the waves. Meals and leisure were stunning. Even though I was there for work, there was never a moment that I felt rushed or forgotten about. All the staff remembered my name or something else about us that made it feel like we were special. We will absolutely be back again, as I cannot imagine having an experience better than this!

Exceptional, top notch, paradise
This is our 4th visit to Grand Velas and it is a top-notch paradise! Our family of 17 went Dec 27 - Jan 10 and we were each treated like royalty! The “Grand Class” adult pool was serene with stunning ocean views! The pool service has an exceptional team, including Luz, Jorge, Domingo, Daniel, Eduardo! The pool servers made you feel like a million bucks and were there to tend to your every need! The breakfast at Azul was delicious and Ernesto served the best coffee and always surprised us with a “specialty“ plate! Ernesto went above and beyond to see we were content and happy! The concierge staff was outstanding and always was a step ahead of our needs! Our parents had medical issues and Jorge (George) and Ricardo and the housekeeping staff assisted in their health needs! Jorge even accompanied our father to the Hospital Joya when he had to be transported there for a day. Jorge was compassionate and attentive! We cannot thank the entire staff enough for all their concern and support!

Wow ! Amazing time at this hotel
Amazing experience! All the way around . From the moment we arrived to the very last good bye our hotel staff was incredible. Alfonso and Alejandro made it super personal , made us feel special and very welcomed . All questions and requests were answered and made in such an incredible manner. Thank you

Exceeded expectations
This resort is amazing! Very well staffed and they make you feel like royalty. Food is absolutely delicious and everything is extremely clean. Special shout out to Jessica who helped throughout my stay and Geraldo, waiter at Chaka restaurant. Both super friendly and efficient.

A beautiful experience from start to finish
Such a wonderful experience, from the second I arrived. Checking in went smoothly & being shown my room & having the features/ amenities explained was beneficial. I stayed in the Zen suites & was very impressed with the size, the cleanliness & the comfortably of the room. The bed & pillows were like sleeping in my own comfortable bed at home. One thing that truly set my stay above the rest, was my concierge, Jessica. She was attentive & always responded promptly when I had questions, even when she was not at the property. She makes it happen. Until next time!
