We can’t wait to go back!! This was a dream vacation, everything was perfect. This is a beautiful resort with fantastic food and great staff. The small number of rooms combined with the large property makes you feel like you have the place to yourself. We enjoyed the quietness of this resort made for a very relaxing holiday. Thanks to Natasha and Jackie for the excellent massages in the picturesque Cliff side spa huts. Carole’s breakfast specials were a treat to look forward to every morning. All of the meals were excellent, I can’t pick a favourite!

Jan 23, 2025Don't waste your money with this subpar resort!
This beach vacation was the worst I have experience. Firstly, the room was supposed to be recently updated. It was painted over, with an updated bathroom and updated furniture. You could see the outside at the bottom of the door, and we had to put towels down at night to keep the bugs out. Secondly, the food was very disappointing, with low variety and a lack of taste. The same foods were served every day. The resort only has two restaurants and one buffet. Thirdly, the workers come into your room when you aren't there. I didn't request turn-down service, but my bed was turned down every night. I feel like my privacy was invaded. Also, the workers were not friendly toward my husband and me. They were very stoic most of the time. We even tipped them when tips were included in the price. They almost made us miss our flights returning home because the shuttle bus wasn't called on time. They weren't concerned about us getting to the airport promptly. This is our 5th or 6th time staying at Couples resorts and it will be our last. I will not waste another dime with this company. If you want a subpar Jamaican experience go to this resort, but if you want a good experience look elsewhere.

A haven of beauty and relaxation
The resort is immaculate. The facilities are all well maintained. The rooms spacious and towels were changed at least twice a day. The beach and pool were lovely and the view from the hill top jacuzzi above the mineral pool is spectacular. The range and quality of food was super. Staff and service were exceptional throughout. The only minor issue was the lack of advice and attitude of the excursions person.

A beautiful stay in paradise
A wonderful resort situated in paradise. Beautiful scenery, fantastic well supervised activities, amazing food, great entertainment, beautiful clean accommodation and most notably - wonderful, friendly staff always on hand to help. Best place I’ve ever stayed.

Converted skeptics
As seasoned travelers, we are accustomed to snafus along the way. What separates the ok from the exceptional is how the resort responds to a difficult situation. Well, we had a “situation” when we arrived. The a/c was not working properly in our suite. It was just too stuffy to possibly get any rest. Staff attempted to service it, but couldn’t resolve the problem. The next 24hrs were unsettled in our bouncing between rooms. The front desk mngr brought Ops. Mngr., Nadia into the problem and she took control. WOW! We have been blown away by this resort and its staff. They have been nothing short of spectacular and turned what could have been an awful experience into a very memorable one. Beyond the staff’s response to our “situation”, we love the layout and charm of this property. It is very clean and kept up. Difficult to do in harsh island environments. We have enjoyed our meals and the attentiveness of the staff. You can always cross paths with an unenthusiastic staff member, but these folks across the board, in all the departments that we interacted with, are waaay above expectations. Quick example of the mngmnt attentiveness, I mentioned to Nadia that she may want to look into the lighting in a particular area of the resort where I took a little header because I missed a step. The next evening we were walking by the area and it had new lighting installed. That type of quick follow through of mngmnt is impressive.
