This resort was the epitome of luxurious relaxation. My room was so comfortable and had all the amenities one could need. I did not have one bad experience with the food, everything was delicious. Even the entertainment was top-tier. I would highly recommend this resort for couples!

Our home from home
We loved this hotel so much we cancelled our booked holiday in Mexico and re booked here for October 2024 . I could go through a thousand reasons why but It's not just the attributes of the hotel, which are wonderful. It's the people who made our stay so enjoyable. We had visited Jamaica and other Caribbean islands many times and visited three of the four couples resorts. Unknowingly we had left the best till last with Sans Souci. A tropical paradise, we came and expected excellence as we had seen in the other couples hotels. We come away thinking "WOW" it's the little things that made all the difference. The attention to detail at every turn make this resort a fabulous haven to relax and be pampered. The food was fabulous at breakfast lunch and dinner with varied choices to suit every pallet. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view and so, so clean, perfection. As previously mentioned the staff are polite, friendly, chatty, well trained, nothing was too much bother. I started a list of names to say thankyou and mention in a review but every member of staff we interacted with was superb. This is now our home from home and we have not only re booked for October 2024 but April 2025 and October 2025 as well. This hotel and the wonderful people who run it on a daily basis have stolen our hearts. One Love

Just simply an incredible resort! We’ll be back!
An unbelievable honeymoon! Words cannot do this resort justice! When we arrived and a couple said they had been there 25 times we couldn’t understand why they would do that! Well our 10 days soon made us realise why. Incredible staff, stunning location and a dream holiday.

Amazing Holiday
We recently returned from CSS and we had an absolutely amazing time! From start to finish, we received first-class service, along with incredible culinary delights at the specialty restaurants. It was a lovely surprise to find a chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived to our oceanfront suite to celebrate my birthday. All staff we encountered were fantastic, Dylano, Mickhugh, Shaquille, Ruel to name but a few. Thank you for making our holiday so much fun. Food, drinks, service, housekeeping all fantastic. I also really enjoyed the Lobster at the Casanova restaurant. Also thanks to Kobie and Natassia on guest services who were super helpful. We will definitely be repeaters and can’t wait to visit CSS again. See you all again soon

A magical experience 🇯🇲💯❤️🔥
The whole experience from start to finish was magical, just writing this sends a shiver down my spine as the holiday and accommodation was just magical, the best holiday I have ever been on, I could go into detail for hours about CCS as the people, the atmosphere, ambiance, service, staff, facilities, water sports, room service, food, restaurants, beach, entertainment, night and day was just top notch, and with that said illl be booking up in February 2025 to come again in 2026 , unbelievable and magical experience best holiday ever 💯❤️🔥🔥🇯🇲
