This was an unacceptable stay from start to finish. We found multiple cockroaches in our room and were refused an immediate room change, being told we had to wait six hours. Housekeeping left a dead cockroach in the corner and failed to properly clean the room, and basic amenities were not restocked despite requests. This is a serious cleanliness issue and a complete failure in guest service. Avoid this hotel UPDATE: Since complaining about multiple cockroaches and posting this review, housekeeping has stopped servicing our room entirely. No cleaning, no removal of dirty items, and no restocking of basic amenities. Instead of addressing a serious cleanliness issue, management appears to be ignoring it.

We were here in November for our anniversary and decided to come back for my birthday. The resort is fantastic, the beach is long and beautiful, and the staff is so friendly. We will be back! A special shout out to our pool butlers Brandon and Noemi for taking such good care of us!

Awesome
The Zumba on the beach at TRS Cole/grand Palladium was absolutely amazing. The instructor got all the crowd involved was absolutely great.

Enjoyed out time here
We had a great time and service from Carlos was amazing at the main pool area. He did a great job assisting myself and family to make sure we were taken care of every day! Irena at the Fizz pool did a great job as well. If you’re looking for a resort that tailors to their guest then you’ve found the right place. Thanks again Carlos for your great service!

very disappointed and will not come back with all the family , bad service, bad rooms uncomfortable beds and pillows, bad food, difficulty to communicate , no room service, very big resort difficulty to go from a place to another, constructions on the site very noisy dusty, this is not a 5 stars hotel
