You have to improve the food quality. Our whole group of near 60 people all had the same negative experience with food. The buffet was always cold. Al a cart was just poor. Pizza at the Fizz was the ony exception. It is excellent.

TRS Coral Hotel was an AMAZING experience! The food and drinks were top tier and the service is unlike I’ve ever experienced! I will have a hard time considering visiting another resort as they set a very high bar! Our Butlers Leonel, Eladio, and Mariana were so great! I can’t wait to visit again!

I think this resort has a great potential with a better management service. employees needs to be teach to be friendly all the time with the guests regardless the time or status. Also , they need to improve the golf carts transportation , take a lot of time to go one place to another

Wonderful Resort!
This was our first time visiting Cancun & we had a wonderful experience at TRS coral! Food was better than most AI we have been to. Our butlers, Freddy & Linda, were friendly, kind, and helpful whenever we needed them! Our favorite restaurants were Capricho for breakfast & Helios for lunch (shoutout to Pedro- he was amazing!!). We also enjoyed El Gaucho for dinner & had outstanding service from Mario. There was always plenty of space at the pool and beach. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job cleaning our room. Overall, we had an amazing time & hope to come back!!
