The food was good, the service wonderful and the beach, so excellent. It felt like paradise, since the weather and nature contributes at it. Everyone were so nice and gentle, always willing to help me an my mom, who was not an english speaker.

Poseidon and sunset cove
Poseidon restaurant the food is excellent and the service is the best I’ve experienced here at the grand palladium, the server was excellent engaging and attentive and the lady behind the bar made the most fabulous cocktails, a real mixologist 10/10. To top it today we were looked after by a very lovely young lady Okay Cox at sunset cove. A young lady finding her feet but was very professional and engaging, good luck Okay you’ll be a valuable asset to the grand palladium.

somewhat good time
thank you to Ms.Angela for keeping my room clean she was wanderful, thank you to Willis at the Spa for making our spa day a great one, thank you so much for taking the time and talking with us, overall nice place to come relax the weather was bad during our stay so we didnt get to spend alot of time in the pool, the food was not good alot of leftovers, quite boring evenings, wont be back , my husband took a bad fall down the slippery steps and hurt his back the first day we got there, everyone was very friendly, thank you Chef Rob Lee it was good to see you, thank you Tash for inviting us to check out the program you offer and for the free gifts, to all the bar tenders at the pool great job keep up the good work!

Amazing trip to the palladium
We had a amazing trip in Jamaica grand palladium the ENTERTAINMENT is fantastic Collette the energy girl ricko, carlan they all are amazing the steel band and the other show’s are amazing the night team is very interactive with us they are fun we enjoy Jean, patman and Roy are great too we always come to the palladium because of the memorable moment we had all my friends and family visit there so we family love it 😍

Amazing!
Tracy Ann and nashoya are the best front desk ladies ever !! Very friendly bubbly personality! Everything was a breeze with them. This resort his HUGE! There’s a lot to do. I can’t wait to come back ! Chante was my mesage therapist, it was definitely one of the best experiences I have had in a while. The staff is so friendly all over the resort even the grounds keepers say hello all day ! There are some cons but they don’t outweigh the pros .
