We had an excellent time as a family of 5. We enjoyed all the features of LEVEL. Kids loved the time at the kids club, Susy took an excellent care of them. The meals and staff were spectacular especially from Ariana, Martin & Daniel @fishhouse!

Melia Has Been Great So Far
My wife and I have had a great experience so far in our first two days at the Melia in Cozumel. There has been an excellent variety and quantity of quality food choices. We’ve stayed at several resorts in Cozumel and this one ranks up with the best. Jorge and the other staff at the Mole restaurant have been especially fantastic and very welcoming!

Melia Cozumel never disappoints
Melia Cozumel has super clean rooms and wonderful showers and water pressure. The buffet staff including Miguel and the beach staff; Diego and Ian are so helpful. Always fresh and delicious food, fun and talented entertainment. I love beach-walking, and we can do a lovely 2 mile walk nearby, & close to some convenient snorkeling.

We had a trip planned on 1/21/25 thru 1/28/25. Due to the snowstorm in Houston, our flight was cancelled. Melia Cozumel would not refund or give us credit for the missed stay. This would have been our 3rd trip to Melia Cozumel. We will not be visiting this poorly managed resort again.

Great place to celebrate my 60th Birthday!
We chose Melia Cozumel based on a friend’s trip and suggestion. I wanted to celebrate my 60th Birthday somewhere tropical and to a place I hadn’t been before. Melia was great for us! We had a group of 16 with ages from 10 to 66. The resort had something for all of us! The kids who were ages 10 to 16 all had fun at the pool and the ocean and took part in some of the resort activities. The adults loved the adult pool with the swim up bar and we all enjoyed the ocean, when the weather permitted! We enjoyed the evening entertainment but only took in the outdoor music and one night it was rained out. The location of the rooms to the ocean is an easy walk. I’ve stayed at other resorts where it seems like a mile walk to the ocean, so that was awesome! The food was good, nothing super special except the Fish House which we all thought was very good. Once we all figured out when bars and restaurants opened and closed, it was a great place to be! Also, it is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. All in all I would highly recommend Melia and we will likely go back some day!
